I am friendly and vibrant woman who has a passion for working with children and love sharing in a child’s development; seeing them excel and flourish and knowing that you have influenced and helped them.
I am open minded, flexible and always undertaking relevant training courses to enhance personal development and use the knowledge gained to benefit my setting and the progress of the children.
My Experience
I have been a qualified teaching assistant for seven years and I have excellent experience working with children between 0-11years. Whilst working in schools I have gained a lot of experience working with age groups from age three to eleven.
In my experiences working in schools I have taken part in lots of small group work and as a result I have been able to build relationships with the children and am sensitive to their needs. I have worked well with adult in every school I have been to. I am humble and willing to be corrected when I am wrong. I have excellent communication skills, am flexible and adaptable; I find these characteristics ensure that I am able to work well with both children and adult.
As a teaching assistant I have looked after and worked with many children, including siblings and children with Special Educational Needs.
As a child-minder, I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
My aim is to provide high quality, affordable childcare in a relaxed and caring home environment.
I am a big believer in encouraging children to become independent, which builds on their self-esteem and helps their development improve further.
I offer a very flexible service, accommodating earlier mornings and later evenings, school holidays, etc. I am currently opened Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
A2Zi Child Care is close to West Croydon station and Bedford Hall bus stop.I offer a friendly, safe, comfortable and fun environment for your child to thrive, our commitment is to give children the opportunities to develop and explore whilst in our care and endeavour to nurture their enthusiasm for new experiences along with interaction with other children.
On offer are:-

Lots of picnics in the summer.
Visit to the children centre for stay and play where children get to meet other children.
We have a nice big garden with lots of exciting outdoor play opportunities including a bouncy castle, slide, little didi cars, big hoppers, ball pit and soft play. We encourage the children to get plenty of fresh air whatever the weather. We have a well-resourced playroom. play, cooking, arts and crafts, junk modelling, dressing up, stories and rhymes, jigsaws, Construction, cars and trains, super hero and role play
I follow the EYFS programme for the younger children, this can be then shown to future nurseries or reception classes so that their learning journey can continue, we also complete a statutory 2 year progress check which is also shared with you and we complete a daily diary contact book and add photos of your child.

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour

£75 a day 8am to 6pm
£350 full time fee Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
After school Care £24 (3pm to 6pm)

All fees include meals and snacks.

My little one started off by A2Zi childcare at 17months old and within a few months of being there I noticed great improvements in my child’s learning and development skills compared to my previous experience with two different childminders. Aunty Zi cannot be praised enough for the effort and great attention to detail in aiding my little one to achieve basic early years skills. Due to the nature of my profession I would sometime have to drop off my little one as early as 630 am and collect late evening. I knew i never had to worry about my little one after drop off because Aunty Zi always kept me updated on all activities my little one was involved in and how the day was going. I always felt reassured that my little one was in safe hands considering my long working hours. Aunty Zi is 100% reliable and flexible and I will keep using her services as long as I am living in Croydon. Simply the best childminder in Croydon! Please use her services you will not regret your decision!

Zi childminder is the best aunt in the world ... my child can't imagine a day without aunt Zi . aunt Zi provides my daughter with everything I could ask for ... the best care and fun and learning . I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care A2Zi but specifically Zi has provided for my daughter over the years. From the time she was just 4 years old and starting reception, to now as she stands on the threshold of secondary school, A2Zi has been an unwavering source of support, kindness and love.
My daughter has special needs, and finding someone who could truly understand, nurture, and meet her unique requirements was a challenge I faced with trepidation. A2Zi quickly turned that anxiety into peace and trust. She has been shown nothing but patience and respect, celebrating her strengths and gently supporting her challenges in a way that has helped her flourish.
Zi’s approach is consistently warm, compassionate, and professional. Whether it was helping her navigate social situations, offering her a calming environment, or simply making her feel safe and valued, A2Zi has gone above and beyond. My daughter has grown into a confident and happy young person, and I truly believe that Zi’s love and dedication have played an instrumental role in this.
Over the years, Zi has felt like an extended part of our family, and leaving her care as my daughter begins secondary school is bittersweet. It is rare to find someone so genuinely invested in the well-being of the children they look after. I wholeheartedly recommend A2Zi to any parent seeking exceptional childminding services—she has been a blessing to me and will undoubtedly be the same for others.

Nozipho is simply amazing, she has looked after my son for 4 years and has given him the best care that any childcare provider could possibly give. She is immensely attentive to my son's needs and gets me as a parent involved with all his care with her excellent communication skills. She has increased his learning and development through activities and free play in a very safe and friendly environment. My son is always happy to attend A2zi childcare and me as a mother has no doubt in my head throughout the day while at work. A2zi childcare is simply the best and I recommend it to any parent looking for a safe and healthy environment for their little one .

A2zi Childcare is a very warm and welcoming environment, our experience with the settings has been an amazing one, Our mind is always at rest whenever our son is with A2zi Childcare knowing fully well that his needs will be fully met, when we initially brought him to the settings, we taught he would hardly cope but to our greatest surprise, he catches up quickly and before we knew what was going on, he has already adapt to the environment and so much use to the settings, he is always happy and lively whenever I go to pick him up, thumps up to our favourite teachers too at A2zi, I would recommend A2zi again and again.

When you find someone as attentive, warm, passionate as Zi you will understand how important it is to send your child somewhere where they are happy and thriving. Zi’s setting is the perfect balance between fun and educational, i have had no concerns of the care that she provides, her communication skills are great. Zi is always happy and willing to discuss quires and concerns. This setting is the definition of a home away from home. If you are looking for someone who will care for your child as her own i highly recommend Zi, you will not be disappointed. My son has been going to Zi’s since 2022 and it is the best decision i have ever made.

A2Zi Childcare was recommended to us by a friend and our little one has enjoyed an amazing pre-school journey. Zi is professional, caring, patient and fun. The children love her, the setting is perfect and the variety of activities, meals and early education provided is spot on.

Our little girl will be turning 3 soon and she has been attending this setting since she was 1. As a lockdown baby, it was really important that our LG felt comfortable, secure and loved and I can wholeheartedly say that this has been the case. Zi cares about all her little people and she is firm, fair and loving providing them with rich and diverse activities that help them to develop and grow along the EYES and beyond. Also, a quick note to add that all A2Zi staff have been amazing, they are so authentic, welcoming and warm and have a genuine heart and love for the kids. Both I and LG pick up on energy and we couldn't have asked for more, we are very happy we found this setting and can't recommend it enough.

My son has been going to Zi since April 2022, since then his communication and independence has developed so much. Zi is patient, loving, caring and has a passion for children. Her communication is amazing, she goes above and beyond to make parents feel comfortable and reassured. Give Zi a try and you will never regret it !!
