Flexible Nanny / Family Assistant – Bath (Full-Time or Part-Time, Live-In or Live-Out)

We’re a warm, fun-loving family based in Bath looking for a kind, reliable and flexible person to support us with childcare and light household help. The role can be full-time with flexibility built in, or part-time focused on afternoons, evenings, and some weekend mornings – depending on what suits the right person.

About Us:
Our three school-aged children are in school from 8:00am to 5:30pm. I’m returning to work, with a mix of working from home and travelling to London (including occasional overnights). We’re looking for someone to become part of our family life and help keep things running smoothly.

What the Role Involves:
Before and after-school care (breakfast, school runs, clubs, homework, supper)
Light housework (tidying, food prep, laundry for the children)
Minimal daytime care during term time
More daytime help during school holidays
Occasional overnight support when I’m away for work
Optional travel during holidays if of interest
Part-time option: mainly afternoons, evenings, and some weekend mornings
