I am 31 years old and about to venture into childminding. I am a mummy to two beautiful girls, one who is starting school in September and one who is almost 2. I am enthusiastic, bright, bubbly and I have a genuine passion to help young children develop. I have been working as a primary school teacher for 8 years and am now looking for a change in career. I will offer a home from home and your child will be integrated with our family life which includes lots of adventures, fresh air whilst walking our dog and practising fundamental development skills. Learning through play is my key philosophy and Development Matters will be used to inform activities throughout the week. Your child will be with my own child Merryn for 4 days a week.
My Experience
I am Mummy to two beautiful girls. I have been a qualified teacher for 8 years, with experience in Early Years and Year 1. I am fully DBS checked and have completed all relevant training. I have achieved the Home Based Childcare Award, Level 2 Food Hygiene and the relevant Safeguarding certificates. I have registered through Ofsted. I run an event business on the side offering pop up play spaces and 1:1 Nannying for special occasions.
My Qualifications
First Class Honours in Business Management. PGCE. DBS checked and newly updated. Ofsted Registered. Full clean driving licence. home Based Childcare Award. Fully first aid trained.Safeguarding. Food Hygiene.
My Availability
I will be offering 7.30am - 5.30pm childcare, Monday - Thursday.
