About Me
I'm Ellis, and I'm the biggest child here at Ell-Infants.
Ell-Infants is my little childminding business. It comprises of me, little people, a PUPPY and adventures. Lots and lots of them! No boring grown up's are allowed.
Each day is a new experience. Our childminding adventures have taken us to the Eiffel Tower, Outer Space, Around the World and we've recently returned from Rio. I recognise that children develop and learn in different ways and at their own pace. I try to accomadate this in my setting.
We build, we cook, we dance and sing - mostly to Frozen, although other Disney songs are avaliable. We explore and discover but most importantly we have FUN.
Dinosaur hunting is a favourite but we've been known to ride the odd unicorn and search for fairies.
Whatever each week holds for us, I'd quite like to think they'd remember our trips to space, the experiences of milking cows and falling on the floor because we can't stop laughing...

My Experience
The biggest experience I have to date is being a parent to two cheeky monkeys, I mean adventurous boys.
They've taught me more in 3 years than any qualification possibly could have.
However, I have worked and trained in a Montessori Nursery. This experience provided me with a whole range of learning opportunity which I try to incorporate in my everyday teachings.
Just before having my eldest I also trained in a private nursery and achieved my Level 3 Childcare Qualification.
I have been a Registered Childminder since June 2014. I was awarded "GOOD" in my most recent Ofsted Inspection, February 2016.

My Availability
Looking for a new recruit to join about the crazy train:). I have spaces in both EYFS (0yr-5yr) from July 2020 and the Schoolies (5yrs-8yrs). I am able to offer school collections from SILVERTREES.
I'm happy to work flexible shifts to cater for the families within my care. Majority of the working patterns fall within 7am-6pm. Monday - Friday. I am happy to work with you to fulfil your childcare needs.
I am able to accept 2/3/4 year funding.

My Fees
- Childminding from £3.75 per hour
The boring part!
I charge £3.75 per hour for Full Timers. This includes Nappies, Wipes, Food, Trips out and a whole bunch of resources!
I charge £4.00 per hour for Before and After School.
Before school : includes Breakfast
After school: A snack / light tea.
Holiday rates are avaliable for schoolers.
Sibling discounts are avaliable upon request.

Ell-infants is a lovely environment for your child. Ellis provides a caring, fun environment for your children. It really is a home from home feel. You feel part of the family at Ell- infants. Our son had no problem setling in, and soon made new friends. Ellis and the children have great days out and often do craft days and i know our son had had a great day when he came home messy! He was always very happy to attend, and it myself and his daddy very comfortable to leave him in Ellis's care. Dylan will miss attending Ellis's Ell-infants!
