About Me
Hi, my name is Kay Catherall and i have been an Ofsted registered childminder for 26 years I am able to offer 2 ,3 and 4 year old funded places. I have vacancies at the moment for pre school age children you can find me on face book .I am married with two sons age 22 and 27 and live in bentley Dn59qe I really enjoy my job, offering a safe, friendly, home-from-home where your children can enjoy thereselves with a range of age related toys and a large enclosed garden. I am trained in first aid, child protection and food health and hygine courses . I regularly attend playgroup and softplay areas throughout each week as well as trips to the park etc. so your llittle ones will always have something new to tell you when you pick them up. I have spaces for pre school age children at the moment and can do full or part time.feel free to give me a call for an informal chat about your childcare needs.Graded good by ofsted may 2017

My Availability
My core hours are 8am till 5pm monday to friday but i am willing to negotiate with anyone needing shift cover. I am happy to offer Term Time only.

After visiting Kay’s house I had absolutely no worries about her caring for my little girl, it was a no brainer for me. My little one is so happy going to Kay, I know she is very well cared for. I can relax at work knowing she is in very good hands. Kay takes them all over for new experiences and learning. She is brilliant!

After having such a bad experience with my previous childminder I was very hesitant to send my boy to anyone else but then I came across Kay and it was the best thing I ever did! My little boy absolutely loves Kay and you can see how much she loves and cares for him too. He’s developed so much since starting with Kay and he gets so excited for me to take him. From the minute we met my little boy was so comfortable, she has lots of different variety of toys & a very big garden for the children to explore! Kay takes him on days out and does all fun things with him! I honestly could not recommend her enough the most kindest, caring lady.

I met Kay after visiting 3 nurseries for my daughter and speaking to a few childminders around the area I lived. From the minute we went to visit her, my daughter felt comfortable and confident enough to explore and play while we chatted. I knew I was making the right choice, because that was never the case with the other settings we visited. My daughter is very happy to go, very chatty and comfortable in Kay's home. I love the fact that they are always out and about, and when they stay in they have lots of activities, a big garden and lots of toys to play with. My daughter and I definitely recommend Kay! X

I can highly recommend Kay as a childminder. My son Thomas is so happy and settled in Kay's setting. He always has a great time and is full of beans and chatty when I pick him up.
It's a home from home setting, which is just what I wanted for my child. They do fun activities each day, crafts, painting, creative play etc and have trips to park, soft play and children's library.
You won't be disappointed if you choose Kay to look after your child!

My daughter has been attending to Kay house since december 2014.
She enjoys spending her time there and is always fed healthy food.
On days off from school children never bored because she take kids to play area,park or cinema.All children always look happy,she have beautiful house and garden with loads activity when all kids are safe.
