About Me

Hello, My name is Danielle, I am 31 years of age, a non smoker and I hold a full clean British drivers license of which has been held for 13 years. (Approximately)

I have worked with both mainstream children and those with additional needs from new born too 18 years.

I have been working with children for 13 + years and in more recent years I’ve steered towards nannying.

I am qualified in child care and hold a level 3 NVQ certificate, I’m too ofsted registered and have nanny insurance. I am first aid trained, walk leader and a baby masseur.

I model love, kindness and happiness - I love to laugh, People would describe me as fun, enthusiastic, fair, reliably, punctual and most of all trust worthy. I'm hard working and take well to constructive criticism. I can be firm when needed but most of all ALWAYS fair.

I'm looking to further my career in child care, working with child/children helping to support parents/carers and of course build up baby/child/children's knowledge and understanding of the world around them, focusing on The EYFS principles The four themes of the Revised EYFS are; A Unique Child, Positive Relationships, Enabling Environments and Learning and Development. They emphasise that the child is of first importance and that all relationships, experiences and the environment together influence how the child will develop, play and learn. (I believe a child will learn best when happy)

I absolutely love being out doors, nature, swimming, sensory play, reading, singing (although I’m not too good) cooking/baking (following recipes) imagination play and let’s not forget getting my hands dirty with arts and crafts.
