Im 22years old, I’m a polite, caring young woman who is always on time for work. Working with children has always been my dream job and Iv followed my dreams. Unprofessional

She texted 4 minutes before she was supposed to turn up to say she wasn't coming! Extremely unprofessional. We had to cancel our plans as no one else was available at such short notice! Would definitely not reccomend!
