About Me
Hi I am Nikki, I live in Thornborough just outside of Buckingham. I have four children all grown up and left home and Tara my daughter works alongside me as a childminder as well.
I am Ofsted registered since 1993. I have previously worked in the local Preschool for 25 years but have left to focus more on my child minding in a more home from home environment.
I provide a safe and warm environment for the children to explore and develop by providing activities such as arts and crafts, baking, outside play, going to the park, visiting woodlands and bus trips into town.
I can also provide healthy meals if your child requires them.
My Experience
Four children of my own. While they were growing up I ran a mother and toddler group for many years. I have 25 years preschool experience.

Nikki has now cared for my son 4 days per week for the past 15 months and I can honestly say that the change in him has been AMAZING, he has taken huge steps with his speech and language, he is now confident in all situations, he interacts with children his own age, younger and older. When I tell him in the morning he is off to see Nikki he gets very excited and I am a massive believer that if the child was not having fun and enjoying his time in Nikki's care then he wouldn't want to go.
Nikki is very thoughtful and always encourages the children to do cards and handmade gifts for special occasions throughout the year. We often come home with drawings and artwork that he has done and always with a new word but never the same outfit as he is having too much fun playing in puddles, sand, paint, you name it... I couldn't ask for a better childminder for my Son and feel truly grateful to have found Nikki.
