Very highly recommended

My son, Khairi, has been with Dawn since February 2017 and absolutely adores her and her daughter Rebecca. They are both very caring towards the children and encourage them to expand their knowledge on a daily basis. Khairi is two and a half years old and loves learning, which he does every day with Dawn and Rebecca. What drew me to choosing Dawn in the first place was how welcoming and comfortable her home is, she has a wonderful play room for the children to utilise with a large variety of toys and educational tools. Khairi gets home cooked meals every day and is encouraged to eat healthily. He is currently potty training which is fully encouraged by Dawn & he follows the same routine as he does at home. I'm happy Dawn provides childcare services for me and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Still an impeccable childminder

Jojo is 2 ½ years old now, so I feel that’s why I would like to update my review for the Crayons Cabin and to highlight the great work of Dawn and Rebecca in particular. Over the last few months my son has obviously grown in the physical and mental sense. Dawn not only has facilitated this growth but has also been a big part in my sons overall development educationally and socially.
My son’s behaviour is very typical of any 2 year old, however I believe that the Crayons Cabin has instilled so many things in him which will only benefit his growth and development when he goes onto a nursery school setting which will be in January 2018.

I appreciate the fact that Dawn has a mixture of learning and play in his daily activities which have enabled my son to achieve to a very high standard so many things such as learning to count, his Abc, holding a pen and trying to learn to write and scribble, and more recently potty training, where it is now learning to go to the toilet, sit on the toilet which I am absolutely ecstatic about. This has alleviated the pressure that I am doing this big learning curve alone, as the support with this milestone is greatly needed and appreciated.

My son’s overall speech which is over average for his age is only going from strength to strength and I often look forward to hearing about his day from him albeit fragmented but it’s so refreshing to hear him grow in confidence when he talks and have a conversation. His mannerism are obviously a testament to my own parenting skills, however Dawn has only reinforced the standards that I expect, little things like saying please and thank you, articulating and expressing himself are all the things that are strengthened by his time with Dawn. His concentration span and his social skills are enhanced by the variety of daily tasks and High quality learning tools and toys that Dawn has to offer and has invested in, with outings to local play centres, and now due to this wonderful weather visits to the park.

I have nothing but praise for the positive impact that Dawn and Rebecca of the Crayons Cabin have had on my sons early years foundations and can clearly say that they have gone over and beyond all expectations, and to be honest even though I am looking forward to my son starting his next chapter of his early years at nursery I will be sad that he will have to reduce his hours in such a wonderful, loving and nurturing environment.
Thank you so much Dawn and Rebecca for having such a positive and wonderful impact in Jojo’s life, and making me feel at ease when he is with you. It feels like a home to home service which is very unique to you both and the Crayons Cabin.

Awesome Service

I have known Dawn for a while, a very calm individual, my son started at her setting in 2016 when he turned 3, I must say I am very impressed with his development thus far. The setting is very child friendly , warm and inviting, and my son never wants to leave.
Dawn and Rebecca cater's for all the needs of the children and the kids are always happy and filled with good home cooking. They are also well taught and looked after. I must say well done you are doing a wonderful job and providing an excellent service and I am happy to have chosen you and rebecca (Crayons Cabin) as my childcare provider.

An absolutely impeccable and outstanding childcare

My bubbly and vibrant 15 month son Jojo started with Dawn in Dec 2015 when I decided to return to work after 12 glorious months of getting to know my boy. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about leaving him with strangers even though they were qualified. I need not worry. Dawn and Rebecca are absolutely fantastic with Jojo, their facilities are second to none. Joe's every whim is catered for above and beyond. His tatsebuds have developed due to the fine, adventurous and tasty cuisine that is provided for him on a daily basis. His fine motor skills along with his speech are developing extremely well, this I can say is due to the time that that Dawn and Rebecca spend with Jojo throughout the day and the quality learning tools that Dawn has taken the time out to source and research. Dawn always updates me on a daily basis about new words he has learned, or something extraordinary that he has done in the day. She has also taken the time out to give me valuable advice and guidance around health and development issues, as a first time mother this is wholeheartedly welcomed- Crayons Cabin provides a loving, nurturing and educational environment for Jojo to thrive in. I am very happy that Jojo can benefit from Dawn's extensive experience as well as me in regards to advice and tips, the tips are great! Thank you Dawn and Rebecca for putting my mind at great ease; at work I can concentrate without worrying whether Jojo is ok, for I know that you are providing him with all the love, support and care he needs during these important years of his life.....I wish I could sing from the roof tops on how good you are, however I hope this review is enough. Thank you for being great! Personally I think you are Tottenham’s finest- well done!

I have known dawn for about 2months now,she is the childcare provide for my daughter Nyia . I am pleased to say that dawn Joseph provides a outstanding services when it comes too looking after children she is a loving,caring,honest,hardworking person and always willing to help out in anyway she can.i have also notice that my Childs development skills and eating has improved dramatically since coming to her.she always provides healthy meals daily.i would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for an outstanding childcare provider.

I recommended dawn Joseph services to anyone who is looking for a brilliant Childcare provide.
