My Requirements
We are looking for an experienced, mature, responsible and energetic part time nanny, who loves working with children, and who is patient and kind.
We need someone ideally 2-3 days a week. Hours are after school (1500 - 1815), however some flexibility with these hours i.e. over holidays would be appreciated. Occasionally we require evening cover, however advance notice would be given. On very rare occasions, overnight cover may be requested due to our working schedules.
Daily schedule: you will be required to pick them up from school. After school Matilda and Rupert have a variety of clubs i.e. piano, swimming etc. and you would need to be comfortable taking them along to these. We would expect you to help the children with their homework after school, ensuring completion by the end of the week. Additionally we would ask you to help with child related light housework.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- References
- Valid clean full driving license
- No childcare qualifications are required, but prior experience working with children is mandatory
- Up to date Disclosure Scotland
- Paediatric first aid course (we would arrange this)
Salary: £12/hour (gross), negotiable depending on qualifications, plus weekly petrol money.
