At Little Cygnets Childcare Ltd we provide a safe, stimulating, home from home environment in which children feel happy and secure.
By providing support, encouragement and praise we will help children to make sense of real life situations, develop awareness of themselves and create positive attitudes towards others. A secure, safe and happy childhood is important on its own right and it provides the foundation for children to make the most of their abilities and talents as they grow up.
All of our staff team at Little Cygnets Childcare are passionate about creating a friendly environment where the children can enjoy playing and busy themselves with plenty of activities, free play and much more.
Our Aim: We aim to work in partnership with our parents through the structure of our key worker development programme. This programme enables each staff member to monitor carefully the development of children within their care, providing individualised planning, liaising on a regular basis with parents, in person and through our online Famly App. This encourages each child to progress to his or her full potential in a warm, secure and caring environment.
