We are Anna and Andy Hamilton, husband and wife childminders.
Meet Anna
I graduated at University MSc, BSc in Environmental Engineering, I have teaching qualifications up to University Degree.
I have been working with children for over 25 years. Childminding in Bournemouth for 15 years. I am also a part of Volunteer Community Support Group with Rotary Club.
I started with running 'Wriggle and rhymes' musical groups in Polish /Spanish /English languages and also parents support groups along with being a dedicated mother and wife. I was even a volunteer Polish Liaison Officer for the local Fire Brigade at the same time.

After my working day with children under 5's, I am a volunteer water instructor at Bournemouth Sea Cadets teaching children life skills on paddle sports like kayaking, paddle boards and sailing...
At weekends I work as a qualified teacher at Saturday Polish School preparing teenagers to their national GCSE exam in Polish Language.
I have a huge passion about children and children's development and being fluent in several languages I can support EAL PARENTS to understand British Education System and British Values.
Meet Andy
I have been my wife's child minding assistant for 11 years, I have also been a Cub and Scout leader for over 35 years, leading and teaching all ages of youth in outdoor adventure, first aid, camping, climbing, shooting, archery, survival including bush craft... and much much more.
My previous work was as a Housing Officer looking after homeless and difficult addictions clientele, Counsellor, Psycho-spiritual counsellor,Teacher of English in Poland and in England, although I graduated in Various other Areas including electronic engineering, Advice and guidance counselling and lots of alternative therapy fields.
I love working with children and after having 4 of our own, I understand many of the difficulties of being a patient and loving parent and helping children to progress and grow mentally, spiritually and progressively.
I love music and play piano, woodwind, drums and brass but, jazz piano is my speciality. I teach music in my spare time to a variety of ages, young and old inclusive.
Also I am a keen DIY enthusiast and usually have my hands set to work to keep Anna happy...{lol}.

Between both of us we have completed over 80 courses in the last 15 years of childminding but the most important are: Level 3 Diploma for Children's Care, BIQCP- Childminding Course, Supporting Children Learning Journey, HEY, NVQ level 2&3 in childcare, Learning and Development.,1st Aid, Safeguarding children level 3, SENCO, SEND/SEN , PORTAGE , SEND EAL , GDPR, Health&Safety, Food Hygiene, Healthy Eating, Forest School Qualifications, Children's Obesity, Equality& Diversity, baby massage, Pre - school link …
We received various Early Years Sector Awards presented by Bournemouth Early Years.
We have achieved Bournemouth Quality Standards Accreditation BQS.
Our Ofsted Inspection we were graded OUTSTANDING, GOOD WITH OUTSTANDING ELEMENTS which means we got Grade 1 for inspection categories, meaning we provide the highest quality education and care for your children.

Anna has been an absolutely wonderful childminder for my son. She is incredibly lovely, caring, and enthusiastic, which is evident in the way she interacts with the children.
Every day is filled with a variety of activities that keep the kids engaged and excited. From walks and visits to the library to trips to the oceanarium, Anna ensures that the children are always learning and having fun.
One of the things I appreciate most is how she keeps me updated throughout the day. She regularly sends updates, pictures, and more, which provides great peace of mind and allows me to share in my son's experiences.
I highly recommend Anna to any parent looking for a dedicated and passionate childminder. She truly goes above and beyond in her care for the children.

I am so happy that I chose this childcare ! My daughter is so excited to go there. They have a lot of activities outside and also have interesting lessons inside.

I wish I would have found them earlier. They are so loving, fun, commited and patient. They have new activities for the children everyday.My little girl loves them so much. She is authistic and they find always the best way for my girl to develop and have the best time ever.
I could not recommend them enough. I love them!!

Ania and Andy are an incredible caregiver, and I ' m so thankful to have found them. RIght from the start, it was clear that they are more then just a childminders - their truly care. the environment their creat is warm and nurturing, making my Isatou feel comfortable and safe. both have a natural ability to connect with kids a d provide genuine love and attention. I'm impressed by the engaging actives and trips each day. communication is excellent. I receive regular updates on my child's day. I feel confident and reassured about Isatou well-being.Ania and Andy are not just great with kids but also with parents, treating as part of family. I would like to thank Ania and Endi for the wonderful care of my daughter Maja. My daughter has been going there for 2 years. They organize a lot of trips for children and a lot of creative activities. I know that my daughter is well cared for and is happy there. I think I couldn't have made a better choice. Ania and Endi are wonderful teachers with extensive knowledge and experience.
