Helllo, my name is Sarah-Jayne and I am 34 years old. I am a kind, caring, enthusiastic and trustworthy person.
I am married and we currently live in hanham. I am a full time mummy of two. I have a little girl who is 4 and half and a little boy who is 17months.
Before becoming a mummy I used to enjoy going to the cinema, swimming and eating out with my husband. I currently stay at home and take care of our children. We have done many things like Baby sensory classes, jolly baby classes, rhyme time at the local library, messy play groups, baby massage as well as zoo visits and park visits. We like to be busy and prefer to be out whatever the weather. When we are home we enjoy painting, play doh, musical instruments, reading books and baking.
I am ideally looking for a family that will allow me to bring along my children along. My daughter currently attends pre school 3 days a week. This will change in September when she starts school. I will then only have my son for the majority of the day. I completely understand this won't suit everyone but if you feel it could work for you and your family please get in touch. I am happy to carry out certain day to day jobs around the home such as cooking, laundry but my main focus will obviously be the care of the children.

My Experience
I have been in childcare for around 15 years. In that time I have worked in a lovely nursery within the 2-3yr old room. I was a sole charge nanny for two girls age 3yrs and 6months.
I then went on to work in a children's centre where I ran play groups, and was a key worker in th 2-3yr old room. I then went onto work in a school where I worked 1:1 with a 5yr old who had Down syndrome as well as severe complex needs. The child left mainstream school so I was then placed in a reception class.
I then fell pregnant and became a full time mummy.
I have a BTEC National diploma in childcare.
NVQ3 in childcare
I have attended many training courses such as child protection, paediatric first aid and makaton training.
I absolutely love working with children, I enjoy helping them to develop and learn in a fun, safe and stimulating environment.

My Availability
I am looking to start January 2019 but could start slightly earlier for the right position. I am very flexible with days and times but Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays would be the ideal days.
