About Me
My name is Hayley Wilding and Im a Ofsted registered Childminder . I like the children to feel part of our family and home and encourage play throughout our house alongside my own children we are nearby lots of wonderful parks easy access to the river and lots of woodland walks we have daily outings and have a Fully equipped natural Substainable playroom to cater for all ages Being a Mother myself, I understand what an an emotional rollercoaster finding the right setting for you and your child can be and I pride myself on being as accommodating as possible for your family and your values
I like to focus on free play and try and use Montessori teaching in our setting and we are child interest led I aim to be outside as much as possible in all weathers to encourage learning in a natural environment to allow the children space place and time to follow their own play urges we love happy children at the setting and do everything to ensure they have a fantastic time with us. feel free to come and have an informal chat I have a Very relaxed approach to the children and my setting and can ensure your children will have a magical childhood filled with wonderful memories with us.
We send daily real time pictures and a Full personalised daily diary home each session we keep learning files for your memory's to take when you leave the setting and hold termly parents evenings to discuss next steps and learning plans for the next term.

Fully Registered with Ofsted and graded*Good* I am also level 3 forest school certified

My daughter has been with Nurture since she was 10 months old. I was incredibly nervous leaving her for the first time, but Hayley was so warm and welcoming that both my daughter and I felt instantly put at ease. Since being with Hayley my daughter has made so much progress developmentally and I have no worries about her being prepared for school as Hayley is completely on top of her pre-school learning. My daughter comes home happy every evening and tells me about all the lovely things she has been doing with the other children. I honestly couldn't leave her with anyone else.

We've known Hayley and her family for a long time, we may have even encouraged her to become the wonderful childminder she is. She's an absolute natural with children, treating them as her own from the moment she meets them. We've find a real diamond in "Auntie Haydee" 🧡

Absolutely love Hayley and her family! Made me and my daughter feel very welcome and at ease on our first visit and everyday since then! I trust her wholeheartedly with my child and is the only other person I leave my child with due to underlying health conditions! I can honestly say when my daughter is with Hayley I no she’s in the best hands and has the most fun time to the point she never wants to come home with me and can’t wait to get back there in the morning and is always looking forward to her fresh home cooked lunches which hayley provides everyday!!! There is no words I can say to show how grateful I am for the love and care you give these children!! You are one in a million !!!!! Xx

Hayley has made us feel so comfortable since our little girl was 8 months and I had to go back row work. I don’t know how I would have done this without all the support and care she has shown our little girl and our whole family. Our little girl is now 2 and loves going to Hayley’s so much, she has made the best of friends and we can rely on Hayley to give the best care we could ask for. We have plans for future children to be in her care, and feel so blessed to have her and her lovey family in our lives. Communication, updates, food, and the setting is perfect.
