About Me
My name is Haja Fatima, and I have been working as a childminder for the past 14 years. I was previously a teaching assistant for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Additionally, I hold a qualification as a mental health nurse and have experience working in a Pediatric Intensive Care (PIC) ward. I have two children under the age of 16 and live in a four-bedroom house with a garden. My experience also includes working as a support worker for children with special needs. Since my last Ofsted inspection, where I received a good rating, I have broadened my experience working with children.
My primary policy is to ensure the safeguarding of all children, keeping them safe while providing a positive contribution to their development. I focus on meeting their learning and developmental stages and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, applying the legal regulatory framework. This approach promotes all seven areas of learning and development. I believe that every child matters, regardless of their race, ability, disability, color, religion, or traditional beliefs. I am committed to including all children in my practice.
I am a dedicated, caring, and motivated childminder who works hard under pressure with professional care and skills.

My Experience
I am a qualified childminder with a degree in Early Childhood Studies, as well as a degree in Mental Health Nursing. I am a registered childminder with Ofsted and operate from home.
I have over 10 years of experience as a support worker and have also worked as a care assistant with the elderly. Additionally, I have experience as a teaching assistant working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have supported adults with mental health challenges.
My Qualifications
Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies at London Metropolitan University.

Haja has been looking after my two boys for the last 8 months now, her professional service has help my boys to read , count and improve their educational skills , my boys are acting special now at school, everyweek they are having stickers for good behaviour from their school. Thanks to the special lady Haja with her great settling and learning skills. My kids will always remember you.

Aww! thanks Dad to acknowledge my effort
We arranged to have a meeting on Friday. Haja called to reschedule for later which was fair enough, however upon arriving at her house at the rearranged time, Haja was not there, did not pick up any calls or respond and texts and then after an hour I left. Haja then sent a message asking who this was and then after I rung back said do not call this number again. Very confusing exchange a waste of time

LorenR , i thought i have told you the reason why i was not home on time. I took the children on a trip to London Zoo. on our return we stock on traffic. i plead to you about that , and asked if we can re-schedul it for another day you promise to see me back after seeing your next option. hope you do see this as not my fault it was not unprofessional as you think. Also, regarding my phone, it was off as i told you before. once again am very sorry about that.
