We have had the pleasure of having Luiza as our childminder since September 2023, caring for our two daughters. From the very beginning, Luiza has felt like part of our family. She creates a warm, nurturing, and fun environment for our daughters.
Luiza supports children's development with great dedication, always encouraging them through engaging activities like arts and crafts, and helping them grow in confidence and creativity. She is also very attentive to their well-being and health, making sure they eat nutritious meals and drink enough throughout the day. Luiza always remembers what and how much the children have eaten and keeps us well-informed, which gave us real peace of mind. Our daughters have had a wonderful time with her every single day, and we always felt they were in the best hands.
We wholeheartedly recommend Luiza to any parent looking for a caring, responsible, and truly exceptional childminder. You can be sure your child will be safe, happy, and well cared for with her :)

Luiza was everything we could have wished for!

Luiza was absolutely everything we could have hoped for and more!

We were not local to the area so had no recommendations on childcare providers. I went to visit many different childminders and nurseries but none felt right. As soon as I stepped into Luiza's home I knew Oscar would be happy there. She has an incredible amount of space for the children to play (including an amazing outside space!), and an even better range of toys for them to play with.

Luiza helped us work through any problems we were having with our son, and truly cared for him like he was her own. - She even had him eating his vegetables, which was something we really struggled with! One of the things we loved most about having our son with Luiza was that she had a 0 screentime policy, and took the children to a playgroup almost everyday. - This really helped with our sons social skills, and allowed him to meet and play with lots of children.

Luiza offered him 3 meals per day and snacks, all of which were always not only nutritious but delicious.

At the end of everyday we would get a great debreif on what our son had been up to that day, and every so often we would receive a 'drop' of photos. - This was always one of my favorite days as we got to see all the incredible activities that they had been up to!

Overall, I couldn't recommend Luiza enough. She became a part of our family, and we were truly devsated when to was time fornour son to leave. Any child would be increidbly lucky to have Luiza care for them!

Amazing caring childminder

My daughter had the best time at Luiza for 3 years. She developed into a confident, independent and funny little girl thanks to the attention given to her. Luiza provided a warm and caring environment, with delicious homecooked and varied meals, exciting playgroups she attended regularly, arts and crafts, picnics in the park when the weather would allow, strolls into Bromley. There was a good balance of routine, excitement and time at home for naps which worked very well for us.
Luiza is also able to give a lot of recommendations, on things to do, how to help your child develop, what their interests are and how to nurture this. This was certainly a great way for my daughter to start her life outside home and despite being an August baby, she had acquired the social skills to confidently start school in September.

Incredible

Luiza looked after my little girl so well and during the pandemic. Despite everything that was going on around us; Luiza continued to nuture and support Sophia in a way like nothing was happening.
Luiza is extremely organised, professional and i felt always listened to us as parents. Sophia had so many new and exciting experiences with Luiza , she really thrived in her setting.
Luiza's dinners were so yummy! I liked her understanding of food and its role with the developing child. The setting was safe and spacious, it was always nice and clean. Luiza took Sophia to settings where she could interact with other children and she was very observant always communicating her progress with us.
Luiza has an extremely good knowledge in relation to the developing child and aids to support children to progress. Luiza had a really good range of children toys, arts, crafts and learning aids.
Both my children went to Luiza for their early years and I know for a fact Luiza contributed to where they are today and for that I will be forever grateful. The girls always talk about Luiza, they will never forget her.

Simply amazing! Highly recommended

Hi,

We met Luiza when I was about to return to work from Maternity leave after I had spent a whole year off at home with my first child. As daunting as that was, we were quickly put at ease by Luiza's skills and expertise with children. She is very understanding and supportive, so my child settled very quickly at her setting. Luiza provided us with peace of mind from day 1. She is very organised, her days with the children are well structured and she is always on top of everyday tasks. Luiza kept us updated about our little one's day in constant communication and through the use of a child daily planner. Her passion for children and professionalism are noticeable from the first moment. Luiza is flexible and always willing to adapt to our needs, adjusting to unforeseeable changes which sometimes happened last minute. We were very impressed with how observant Luiza is and how quickly she got to know my children. I often felt very comfortable discussing habits, patterns and changes in my child's development and I must say that as a first mum, Luiza was always great at providing suggestions, giving advice (as a mother that she is) and helping with the implementation of new routines. Luiza has always been patient and loving when teaching my children about boundaries and establishing basic rules. My children have had so much fun during their days at Luiza's setting, she has the week well planned with a range of activities both indoor and elsewhere, attending toddler sessions and other fun activities at the local park. Luiza provides a varied weekly menu which consists of a range of different healthy meals containing a range of vegetables, fruits etc.
Luiza was very supportive during potty training stage. She always works in partnership with parents for the child's best interest. After such a great experience we had with Luiza looking after our first child, we did not hesitate in booking a place at her setting for my second child a few years later.
Both my children love Luiza as if she was part of our family.
I highly recommend Luiza as she is simply the best!

Just Amazing !!

I don’t even know where to begin, Luiza is just simply amazing. Taís has been with Luiza since April 2023. The growth and development that Taís has demonstrated is just amazing and that’s all thanks to Luizas reinforcement. Communication is great!! Luiza sends pictures and constantly updating me whether it be about a good day or bad day. Luiza is so caring and treats her the children in her care as her own. She also has an amazing family, which just makes everything easier. Taís loves Luizas older son and daughter!!! Words are not enough to express how grateful and thankful i am for Luizas help and support throughout the last few months. I would highly recommend xx

Excellent childminder, highly recommended

Luiza has been looking after our little girl for almost 2 years, and we’re so glad we found her. Being first time parents, we were very anxious about finding the right person and setting for our daughter when I returned to work. Luiza has been better than we could have hoped for, she takes the children out every day to different parks, playgroups and meet ups with other childminders, and has a lovely home with a playroom, lots of toys and craft activities (we have a wall full of artwork she’s brought home). Her family are also great with the children, so it really feels like a home from home environment.

Our daughter is very sporty, chatty and outgoing, and Luiza’s care and the variety of activities she provides has definitely played a big factor in this. She gives attention to the children’s development, so our daughter has learnt a lot during her time with her, including developing her language skills, learning colours, numbers etc. Luiza suggested when our child was ready for toilet training and offered us advice with this as well as taking a lead training her. Luiza is also good at teaching the children the right behaviours and they know where boundaries are.

On top of what she’s done for our daughter, she’s also helped us as first time parents offering advice when requested, and knows lots of toddler friendly places to go or activities to try out in the local area. She has been extremely reliable and never let us down, and gives more than enough notice of any planned holidays. We’ll miss seeing her each day, but we’re really hoping Luiza will have availability to look after our little boy when my current maternity leave ends, and I know she’s already cared for many siblings, which shows just how much many families love her.

We Love Luiza!

We were planning to see quite a few childminders before we made our mind up but once we met Luiza in her home we were sold, she looked after my daughter for three years and she was brilliant.
Her home where she works is warm, comfortable and safe for children, has a lovely play room that all the children loved and Luiza's family are all lovely and treat the children being cared for like a part of the family.
Luiza provides nutritious meals that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed (she still won't eat my chilli con carne) and is understanding to the children's eating habits without being a pushover.
Her positive influence on my daughter is impossible to exaggerate and we still use her name as a correcting tool on my daughters' behaviour (what would Luiza say if you were behaving like this?)
My daughter wasn't just watched and looked after, she was listened to, nurtured, trusted, protected, taught and loved by an amazing woman who my whole family miss.
I cannot recommend Luiza enough and I would immediately put any of my family or friends in touch with her should they find the need for childcare.
As a first time father I was very particular and nervous about leaving my daughter with anyone but felt totally at ease knowing she was in the care of such a loving, decent, experienced and honest woman.
We really do LOVE Luiza and are glad she was a part of our lives so if you're looking for a childminder do yourself a favour!......She's great.

A wonderful start to life

Luiza is a phenomenal child minder and our daughter has been extremely happy for the last two years in her care. She has created a happy, friendly home from home in which our daughter has thrived and has embraced the transition to nursery as a result.

Luiza has provided our daughter with an excellent foundation for the future and we can’t thank her, or recommend her enough.

Amazing work from Luiza!!!

Wonderful experience with Luiza as childminder, she's been looking after our 2 years old daughter, with value and professional services, I would like to recommend her services.

Luiza was able to devellop and raised our daughter with loves and guidances.
She was also capable to respect my daughter food supplement diary.
She has a very clean garden and play room available for kids at home.

Looking forward to work with Luiza for the next one...
