About Me
Hello my name is Lynsey and I'm an ofsted registered childminder. I live with my family in Rubery right at the foot of the golf course . I have a large play room and dedicated space outside in the garden for the children to play in.
I have worked in the childcare sector for well over 25 years in varied settings including nurseries, playgroups , schools, pre school and now childminding for the past 8 years.
I have a very homely setting and believe that children thrive in a nurtured environment , it is important for them to feel safe and secure for them to learn and develop new skills , I want the children to feel like part of my family and enjoy their time here x
My Experience
Having worked in many different childcare settings for well over 25 years and holding a level 3 childcare qualification I have gained many skills to help your child thrive , this with ongoing training keeps me up to date with both the Early years curriculum and the requirements needed for Ofsted to keep my good provider status .
In my planning I will look at your child's individual needs and ensure that the activities are based on their interests and favourite things helping them to reach their next steps towards their early learning goals but most importantly making sure they’re having fun and enjoying their time here

- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I charge by the hour but I also accept all government funding
