My Experience

I have been registered since October 2016 and in 2018 had my first grading inspection and more recently again in August 2024, my reports can be seen on here and the Ofsted website.

I’m a Mum to 3 beautiful children ages 23, 13 and 9. I first started out as an assistant to my friend whilst waiting for my registration to come through, so that I could learn how to develop my business and the children’s development.

My setting is a home from home one where the children enjoy many things here from playing to different activities and lots of garden time. We also go on outings like playgroup, soft play, different parks, nature trails and just nice walks out and about looking at and talking about the world around us.

I believe in encouraging our little people to be independent, kind, caring and polite individuals who are not afraid to ask for help if they need it as well as the importance of sharing their feelings - all these things are helping them to become school ready. All of the children here at my setting have a great bond with each other and it’s lovely to watch their friendships blossom.

I enjoy learning and extending my knowledge through online and face to face CPD courses, especially things that have a direct benefit to my cohort.

My Fees

• Childminding from £7.00 per hour

£65 per day (7.30am - 5.30pm) and my rates are all fully inclusive of all meals, snacks, drinks (excluding formula milk), nappies, wipes, creams and sun creams, all trips and outings plus extra curricular activities.

For extra hours outside of funded hours my rates are £7 per hour.

I accept payment by bank transfer or cash and I’m currently registered for the tax-free childcare scheme as well as government funding (subject to availability) - please note funding is available Tuesday to Thursday term time only which is 38 weeks of the year. I do not stretch nor share funding with other settings. Consumables contributions will apply if using my setting.

Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5.30pm.
