About Us
New River Nursery opened in January 2016. It is run by the Charity Wood Green Preschool which has over 30 years experience in delivering high quality childcare in the local community. Our other provision, The Play Cabin was recently judged Outstanding by Ofsted. We provide a friendly and safe environment in which children can grow and develop at their own pace, supported by qualified members of staff. We work closely with parents and external agencies to ensure that all children are supported to develop the skills that will prepare them for school and beyond.
We are open during term times only. Monday to Friday between 8am- 4pm.
Our staff team are highly passionate about their work with children. Please do give us a ring, we'd love to meet you and show you around.

Our Fees
We deliver the free 15 hour entitlement for two*, three and four year olds. Any additional hours are charged at 6 pounds per hour.

My daughter has attended the nursery for 2 years she really liked it. That's the only nursery that where flexible with my days when I was working.
The ladies are very friendly and helpful.
There was always a lot of activities for the kids.
Overall I would definitely recommend the nursery.
