About Me

Hi...I'm Alessia and i don't want bore you with a long profile about me...;)i'm originally from Italy, and i'm 35years old.My experience started when i became an aunt of my first nephew.From there i became the neighborhood babysitter gaining a lot of experience with kids at a young age.My most significant experiences, babysitting aside, concerning my partnership of 10 years with a charity association'CENTRO ARCOBALENO,PUGLIA ITALY that deals with children... I used to plan after-school activities, inside and outside plays,art and craft,preschool activities and more.The other important experience of my life is the internship did for three years in an elementary school where I helped children aged between 6-10 and doing homework .When I moved here in London I spent five years of my live looking after 2 adorable boys !I’m a Montessori nursery teacher in Barnes and now I’m looking for a part time nanny job! I
pay attention to healthy and nutritional food and i love cooking mixing english cuisine and Italian tradition.I am a mature, responsible,solar, reliable and cheerful person with excellent childcare and interpersonal skills, .I have an ability to establish emotional connections with people very quickly which has allowed me to not only to determine the emotional needs of the children I care for but also helps me be in tune with the needs of the family and offer assistance or suggestions when appropriate. To me this is what being a Nanny is all about.

My Experience

as I said ... I worked for years with a charity association that takes care of children, I did three years of training at the primary school, I was babysitter in Italy for 10 years and I’ve been an au pair here in London for 6 years!
I’m now a Montessori nursery teacher! I've been working at Montessori nursery in Barnes for 3 years now.

My Qualifications

I am graduating in foreign languages at the university in Bari(Italy)

DBS check plus more certificates I’ve got over the past 2 years being a teacher!
