Leaving our baby for the first time was a massive step for us, but Penny & Roger made the whole experience much easier. She was warm, welcoming, and passionate about childcare from our initial meeting. They were patient with our little one as she took some time to settle in, and once she did, she was completely comfortable in her care. Penny and Roger have taken very good care of our little girl. She now waits excitedly for the days when she can go to them. They were also very flexible with our schedule to meet our work requirements, which is great as most childminders do not allow this. We received regular updates and photos throughout the day, which was reassuring. It's clear that Penny & Roger provides a loving and nurturing environment, and we couldn't be happier to have found her. Due to work commitments, we had to move after 4 months, which was disappointing as our daughter was settled and we were comfortable with Penny & Roger. Overall, we would highly recommend Penny & Roger.
