I have 24 years childcare experience.
Since having my own 3 children, I have become a registered childminder.
I enjoy working with children and creating activities to encourage all areas of learning.
My Experience
I have worked within the childcare profession for 20 years, the first 4 of those years I worked as a senior supervisor within a day nursery, caring for children 3 months to 5 years.
I have been a nanny for the last 14 years, working with 5 families in this time, ranging from ages birth to 13 years.
I also have night nannying experience with a new born.
I have been an ofsted registered childminder since October 2018

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
I charge £6.50 per hour, for childminding (this includes meals & snacks whilst in my care)
I also accept funding.

words can’t explain how great Sam is towards looking after children. I’ve known Sam for a good few years now through play groups in the local area but didn’t know she was a childminder at the time until I got the childminder app. She has made my children feel like they were her own involving them in so many outdoor/indoor activities. She is kind,loving and always enthusiastic when my kids have something to tell her and when she has them over. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a childminder/babysit she is a true gem.

Sam has been caring for my children for the past 18 months. Doing school drop offs and picks up for my daughter and looking after my son through the day.
From the very beginning I felt Sam listened to what our needs were as a family and understood exactly what we wanted from our childminder. Sam is professional and friendly to deal with as well as being wonderfully caring, fun and fair with our kids. Her home is always clean and tidy, with plenty of toys and games to play with. Sam always has plenty of ideas and themes of things to do, there’s never a dull day and we’ve never had any grumbles from our children about going! Sam also has a huge back garden for everyone to enjoy which is brilliant during the spring and summer. Her two boys are delightful and my son is now best buddies with her eldest boy.
We came across Sam by total chance, at a time when we really needed a trustworthy childminder. She’s never let us down and I’m so thankful and grateful for all she does.

I always felt so confident leaving my son with Samantha. She’s amazing with children and has such a calm caring nature that makes children feel instantly settled. Would 100% recommend!

As a first time mum, I was feeling very nervous about heading back to work at the beginning of the year. I had “mum guilt” and was very worried about leaving my little boy. After meeting and chatting to Sam, I was completely put at ease. I no longer have any mum guilt and now fully enjoy working while knowing my son is having the best time with Sam and her gorgeous loving boys. I have had more mum guilt during the CoVID situation that he hasn’t been with Sam enjoying all the amazing activities she does with her children! I could never imagine that I would have felt so amazing about my childcare. Sam communicates so well with parents during the day and also at the end of the day in a journal for your child. She has an amazing childcare setting with a enormous garden with lots of activities and an amazing playroom with a great variety of toys for all areas of development. Sam also does a daily activity with all the children in the morning which is at an external children play group and then does an activity at home with the children in the afternoon. I am always so excited to hear what Miles has done. My son was a clingy exclusively breastfed child who for me only really napped on the breast. Sam can get him asleep instantly in a travel cot! I highly recommend Sam and look forward to my son and hopefully future children continuing their early years journey with Sam.

Sam has looked after my child since October 2018, & we as a family could not be happier with the level of service.
She is an excellent childminder & provides great activities, outings and fun for all ages. Sam offers a brilliant service of home from home care with lots of love & security.
Our child is always excited to go to Sams & beaming with stories on collection!
We feel so lucky to have found her, & would 100% recommend Sam as a childminder, we couldn’t ask for more!

I had a really good experience with Samantha. We spent sometime finding for a good childcare which is also closer to his school and we are not easily satisfied, to be honest. But meeting Samantha and seeing how she was with her kids, we instantly knew this was a place for him. Adding to that, she has a dedicated play area and a big backyard where kids can enjoy sunshine. She is very enthusiastic and arranges for lot of fun activities for kids. My son loves it there.
