I started my career as a Early Years Teacher. I worked as a Nursery Teacher in various settings (Primary Schools, Montessori Schools and Daycare Nurseries).

Following the previous reviews, I made a booking with Anna for October. Sadly following a follow up message from myself to confirm the booked October date and to request an additional date she informed me she was no longer available. Her lack of communication is very unprofessional.

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication regarding the babysitting arrangement for October. When we last spoke on July 3rd, I understood that you would confirm the times, since I did not hear back for several weeks, I assumed your plans had changed - as often happens.
When you reached out again on August 12th, I immediately responded with sincere apologies as I was no longer available in October. I understand how important reliable childcare is, and I regret any inconvenience this may have caused. However, I do hope that notifying you in August allowed ample time to find an alternative arrangement.
I always strive for clear communication and professionalism, and I will take this as a learning experience to improve in the future. Thank you for your time and feedback.

I met Anna the night before she was due to babysit. She popped over to meet us and she was immediately really lovely, warm and friendly.
The evening she was babysitting for us, she turned up with lots of fun games and activities and the kids loved her!
I will be using her again - we were very happy with our first time experience 👍🏻

Anna was able to look after our son at very short notice. She was professional & accommodating & great at taking him out & he seemed to enjoy his time there.

Our daughter has been going to Anna for 18 months (she's nearly four), and it has been a hugely rewarding experience for her. Anna takes excellent care of her and she has always done something new whenever she is with her. From picking her up from school, taking her to the forest and taking her to the park - Anna thinks about the children first and foremost. She is always smiling and happy when we pick her up and sometimes doesn't want to leave! Would recommend without hesitation.

Anna has been looking after our daughter for the last 6 months and we couldn't be happier. She picks her up after nursery and looks after her for a numbers of hours each day. Anna is very caring, reliable and trustworthy. Our daughter loves going to Anna's, she know there is always something interesting to do and that she will have fun. Anna has plenty of toys and books and she also comes up with very creative and interesting activities. There have been times when our daughter doesn't want to leave when we go to picker up as she is so busy playing and enjoying herself. Our daughter has learnt a lot from Anna as well. They always go out when the weather allows. She is also very easy going and lovely person. We are so glad she is looking after our daughter and would recommend her to anyone.

My son has been coming to Anna's since he was less than a year old. He absolutely loves it there. They do a lot of outdoor trips which he really enjoys. There's always an endless supply of new toys, crafts and books to keep him entertained, as well learning opportunities.
Food has always been a battle with him, but Anna's has managed to get him eat far better and a much larger range of foods than we've been able to. Highly recommend.

Anna has been looking after my little girl since she was 1. 3 days a week. My little one absolutely loves going to her and whenever we say she is going to Anna’s her face lights up. She sometimes never wants to leave.
Anna always takes them out to the park, is always reading with them, doing activities with them. She has so many toys and books for the children to enjoy. I feel my little one has learnt a lot from Anna. Sends pictures throughout the day. I would highly recommend Anna for childcare or babysitting.

We are so lucky we met Anna over 3 years ago. I was looking for childcare for my then 8 month old daughter. Anna has been amazing with her from the start. Settled in quickly and no issues. she always sends us pictures of the activities and the food she cooks which is really reassuring. She always encourages my daughter to eat healthy food, and my daughter always comes home smiling and happy. She can't wait to go to Anna's every day and is very fond of her childminder. Anna has contributed so much towards my daughter's development. She helped us with potty training, teaching my daughter to read, encouraging her to be sociable with other children and to always be polite and caring. We will be keeping my daughter at Anna's until she starts school and looking forwards to sending our 6 month old baby there soon. I'm sure he will thrive at Anna's.

I’m so glad we found Anna, she is caring, trustworthy, patient person and has made sure our son is happy and settled every time we drop him off. Our son loves his days with Anna.
Anna provides lots of activities both in her house and outside. She is very experienced, has a natural talent and empathy with children.
I very much recommend Anna to anyone looking for childcare.

Anna has been caring for our 18 months old son for almost 6 months now . She is a wonderful childminder , professional , trustworthy and most importantly very dedicated and caring person . Leon settled well in her setting , comes home happy and excited to go the next day . Anna’s house is full of books , toys and wonderful activities for young children. I would definitely recommend Anna’s services, my son absolutely adores her , thank you Anna xxx
