About Me
I work as a nursery nurse in a day nursery, i have worked there for 11 years and feel that it is time to move on. I have lots of time for children and lots of experience. My own children are all grown up and left the nest, so now its just me and my 3 dogs and 2 cats. I love reading, painting, history and cultures.
My Experience
I have worked with and around children since i was 18, when i helped out at my Mums nursery during my A level free time. I did not realise that i wanted to do this as a career then and i went to art college, which was harder than it sounds. After having 4 boys of my own i nannied from my home for 2 children and then as a mature student i did a level 3 NNEB. since then i have worked non stop in child care, in play groups and 3 different day nurseries.
My Qualifications
o levels in art, history, sociology, RE and English.
A levels in art and craft and English literature.
cache diploma in nursery nursing NNEB level 3
My Availability
once i find employment i can work 5 days a week for a family and stop over in the evenings if needed.
