I was very lucky to find Ilona , I had to move my 2yr old Jacob from a local nursery in Kingston as the care was substandard. My son has always been happy to go Ilona’s from the first settling in day. She provides a holistic caring environment and has sufficient time to meet the needs of children providing a personalised service. Children learn when they are happy and feel secure, because my son is happy his development has excelled with ilona. He is always singing and bringing home different things he has created. She also provides a learning journal and maps outcomes to the EYFS. She creates a positive diverse and inclusive atmosphere getting the best out of the children. Trips to the library and the various parks means my son gets sufficient breaks to burn energy. She has instilled a fantastic routine , he loves her food it really is balanced and nutritious so much so he keeps asking me to make her ‘soup’ ! I really will miss her and I will always be grateful for the foundations she has given my son, when you leave your most precious gift with a stranger it’s daunting, but Ilona allayed my fears with the first visit. Thank you Ilona, Tonia and Talia. You are all exceptional!!

My son Joe attended Ilona’s for almost two years. He has really enjoyed his time there with Ilona and her assistants. They are calm, engaging and enthusiastic in their care. They provide healthy and tasty meals as well as fantastic learning and crafts activities for the children. What is wonderful about Ilona is that she operates her setting like a nursery. So older children are engaged in activities together whilst younger ones stay together and work on something else. She provides a learning book to read about your child’s progress over the year and see the photos of their time in her care. Ilona is open for 12 hour every day and is so flexible and understanding. We will really miss her and Joe now moves into big school! Thank you Ilona!

We’ve been taking my little one for a year and a half now, he started in MArch 2018, and I have to say that we couldn’t have done a better choice with Ilona.
Ilona and her team take care of J as if he were their own baby. Not only being the sweetest but also teaching them good manners.
J has been potty trained with Ilona, has learned how to eat on his own and being a bilingual boy( Spanish’s our mother tongue), he is learning English very good. He is singing, counting, and even he is talking to us in English.
I believe the most important part, is that J is excited to go everyday and when picking him up ( after being almost 8 hours there) he is not even ready to go home.
I believe J is on the best place to be when not with us. Thanks Ilona and team for everything to do for him! I’m sure that J has a wonderful time everyday!!!

Ilona and her team have been looking after our little girl from when she was 8 months old, and our experience has been absolutely fantastic.
We decided to send our little girl E to a childminder because we wanted a more home-like environment where she could have some 1-to-1 attention when she was little. And she did! Before E started walking, every time I went to pick her up, Ilona or one of her assistant was with E and I could tell immediately that E was well looked after. Ilona would always alert me if E had not been herself. We also got a detailed daily description of how well E did each day, which is rare with nurseries (according to my friends).
Ilona and her team also looked after a number of kids which meant that E had the opportunity to play with other children and learn from them. This was important and we really felt that it had contributed to the development of E's social skills. Also within 2 weeks of being with Ilona, E managed to use a spoon herself and had been picking up new skills/words regularly ever since.
Ilona was also extremely flexible and had helped looked after E multiple times at short notice.
Most importantly, E absolutely loved Ilona and the team. She settled in quickly and was all smiles when we dropped her off. We would definitely have stayed with Ilona were we not moving - we can't recommend her highly enough.

We are using Ilonas childminding since January 2018 when our little one was about 6.5month. He's now 14.months and thriving. Ilona is also very understanding and flexible when it comes to the days to book our boy in due to shift work. I hope we will have Oskar with her till he goes to school.

We have had IIona babysit for us a number of times now. She is a very nice person with a calm manner and excellent communication. I very much recommend her services and will happily request her services again.

As a first time mum I was very worried to leave my child with a childcare provider and go to work but now when I found Ilona - I wish I would go to work earlier!
With a huge experience in childminding and a friendly approach she is an amazing childminder which will leave you feel assured and safe for your child safety and happiness.
This is a childminder from God who is very passionate about her job.
I cannot recommend Ilona enough.

I think that Ilona as a childminder was the best choice that I could make for my daughter. Since the first day in Fun Explorers Childcare setting I see my little one very happy and confidence. Everytime she enjoys a lot every moment she is spending with Ilona and other kids. Is very excited and learning new things everyday. Having Ilona I know I provide the best childcare for my baby. Also the communication with her is always blameless and very professional. Highly recomended

My boy is 16 month old. I had to stop the nursery due to my baby’s sickness and found Ilona.
For the past month my boy never had temperature. I was getting every day calls from the nursery that my boy spiked the temperature. Since i found Ilona , my child never been sick , he plays with other children in her groups and look very happy now. Ilona is a very caring, professional, flexible and hard working childminder. Her place is very child friendly with a lot of toys. My boy is always clean(even the cloth) and she has done a great care! He is developing really fast when he stays at Ilona’s setting and plays with other kids. I like that she takes my kid to the park / playground twice a day to play. Also Ilona, spends a time with children to do some art and craft work.
I would recommend to anyone our childminder.

Ilona has provided an amazing childcare service to our family since the beginning of june. She provides a very professional but friendly service, whilst offering a comfortable setting within a safe environment for all children she is caring for. Ilona's setting is equipped with a variety of toys and activities for children of all ages to express their creativity freely. Ilona has always endeavoured to meet our individual needs, even at short notice and has thus far provided amazing care to our daughter. For these reasons I cannot recommended her more, she has honestly been a God send!
