I'm Ruth Gahan, a dedicated and passionate Ofsted-registered childminder with over 30 years of experience working with children. Alongside my husband, we provide exceptional, flexible childcare in a warm, loving, and nurturing environment. Our setting has been consistently graded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted since 2015.

As a husband-and-wife team, we offer both male and female role models, providing a unique and balanced environment for your child to thrive. Our small-scale, home-based setting ensures your child receives personalised attention and care, allowing us to cater to their individual needs and interests.

# Qualifications and Experience

I hold a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Early Years Care and Education and have worked in schools and managed a nursery before becoming a childminder in 2006. My extensive experience and qualifications enable me to provide a rich and stimulating environment that supports your child's overall development.

The safety and well-being of your child are our top priority. We maintain a secure and healthy environment, adhering to strict safeguarding policies and procedures. All members of my family have undergone thorough background checks, and we hold current paediatric first aid certificates.
