About Me
I live on the Airfield in Woodley with my son and our 2 cats, Willow and Loki.
I was approved by Ofsted as a childminder in May 2016 and started my childminding career.
Before this, I was a lawyer for 20 years but since having my son, I have enjoyed spending time with him and other children and helping with their learning and development. I have a real passion for early years education.
My Experience
I have lots of experience with looking after family and friends children of varying ages prior to being a childminder and I have my own son.
I was inspected by Ofsted in May 2018 and June 2023 and was graded good in both inspections. The inspection reports can be found on the Wokingham Borough Council website. I am more than happy to provide a copy directly, please feel free to contact me.
My Qualifications
I have completed the Childminding Pre-Registration Training Programme and Universal Safeguarding Level 1 through Wokingham Borough Council.
I have my Paediatric First Aid Course. I am DBS checked. I have completed a food hygiene course.
I regularly carry out training both online and face to face to keep my knowledge and skills up to date.
My Availability
I will have availability in September 2025 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
I am available for school holiday care and ad hoc child care, so please contact me to discuss your requirements.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£6.00 per hour for full time place including all drinks, snacks and an evening meal but excluding lunch, nappies and formula.
Before and after school care rates to be discussed on an individual basis.
All food is home made and I avoid processed food as much as possible.
