My Summary

My Experience

I've worked since I was 16 and have many different experiences in the working life.

I was a babysitter for 5 yrs from a young age so have been around lots of babies, toddlers and young adults.

I have previously worked in catering to which I enjoyed a lot.

I am a trained lifeguard and worked for 3 years at the local swimming pools in the Islington area.

I previously worked at Copenhagen Primary School for 11years I played many different rolls with my time there, for example
I have experienced being a meal supervisor for infant children and junior children.

I also worked in the office organising work for the children and teachers on a day to day basis,
I completed all ordering and stock control for the whole school and was very organised in my role.
I worked along side the head teacher for many years with Ofsted visits, yearly school reports for parents and was a keen member of staff to help out on school visits to museums and theatres.

I worked in the nursery in that time helping with lunch times duties helping children with eating and then teaching children things though play.
I also have been trained to be a one 2 one phonics tutor and guided reading mentor in the reception class children age 4-5.
unfortunately my time at Copenhagen came to an end in 2014 as I was made redundant.
I have references from the head teacher and qualification certificates at hand.
I also have my CRB check and CPR certificates.


Ive been working with a great family looking after a little boy who was age 1yrs when I started
(His now 2.1/2) my duties with them,
taking him to music sessions, local playgroups,swimming, lots of outdoor play, also duties included Story times, cooking for him breakfast lunch and dinner
One 2 one play, bath time, sorting cloths and keeping things organized.
Helping with cleaning at both parents houses
We built up a great relationship but sadly this family is moving away.

I also worked along side a great family in Islington I started with the first child age 3months I stayed with him till he went nursery at 3.1/2yrs I then cared for their new baby from birth.
Sadly they moved away but loved working with them.

I've been around children for most of my adult life, and have bought 3 amazing children up, so my experience with lovely little people is spot on.

I have great friends that are nannies and child minders so we do lots of fun days out and go to 3-4 play groups in the local area every week. I've built up great friendships with the lovely staff at the play groups too.
so would be great to find the right family to carry on with fun activities in the local area.

I have lots of experience with new born babies and toddlers and love to keep healthy routines to help little ones nurture and be happy in everyday life.
I feel I can help with my knowledge on weaning, bottle feeds and keeping babies calm and happy
Ive dealt with a little one that suffered with colic so have lots of experience on this.

I think you learn more when your an hands on person and I feel I'm happiest when I'm organised and ready for anything.

My Availability

I'm available to work part time Monday Thursday day times.

I am very happy to do evening babysitting and weekends when needed.

I'm can be flexible on times and days

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
