*looking for part time nanny roles.I am an honest ,enthusiastic and caring mother of twin boys (16 years) I live in whitton with my husband,my boys and our dog.
i have worked with children for over 25 years now (0-16 years)
i love the way every day is different.I am still in touch with nearly all the children i have cared for over the years and have great references.
I enjoy keeping active ,reading ,cooking and spending time with my family.
I am looking for a part time role.either two full days a week 8-5 ish or three days 8-2ish happy to discuss ,I am happy to 'muck in' with the family offering to work alongside mum( parent) or work sole charge( both of which i have experience doing).
Happy to help with all mum type duties
My Experience
I am NNEB qualified (equivalent to Level 3) and have a full DBS and Paediatric First Aid Certificate (updated every 3 years).
Most recently i have been working as a nanny/housekeeper to beautiful baby twins .
I have always worked with children - over 30 years experience. I have worked as a childminder for the past five years before this I worked in a private nursery school in Twickenham as a teaching assistant and Prior to that I was at home with my own children and before this I have worked in a crèche, nurseries and as private nanny's from new born to age 7 all of which I have loved. I also have twin experience from bringing my own boys up.

We have been beyond lucky to find Teresa, and have her as our daughter’s nanny. She is and always will be a part of our extended family, an important part of our lives - quite simply, we could not have done the last year, or enjoyed it in the way we have without her.
Teresa is warm, safe, kind, funny, patient, creative, generous - our little girl’s best friend - they adore each other.
I wanted a nanny that would fit right in with us - like an older sister or aunt would, who knew their stuff but who wouldn’t take over and would respect my role as mother. Teresa does more than that, she cherishes our family set up, our home and most important our little one - and simply does everything she can to enable the most joy and ease possible here.
All the practical stuff is taken care of implicitly, and it goes without saying that she is a trustworthy and safe pair of hands when it comes to that, and being in our home too, but it’s the infectious energy she brings that makes the magic. Teresa, thank you, you truly are a gift.

Teresa is our nanny at the moment, and we are gutted to be parting ways with her in January when our twins will be going to nursery. Teresa nannies at our home 2 days a week for my twin 17 month old babies. Teresa has been with us since they were 5 months old and she is genuinely their favourite person, they go nuts as soon as she walks in the door. Teresa is an incredible nanny - there's nothing she doesn't know about children, she is SO competent and has helped us to no end in bringing up the twins. Teresa is kind, fun, patient, unflappable, punctual to a fault, and very proactive. Teresa has incredible energy and enthusiasm for the babies, they're so excited when they see her because they have so much fun with her. I see how much Teresa loves the twins and it gives me great comfort knowing I'm leaving them with someone who genuinely cares about them/ children in general and their wellbeing as though they're hers. I've had several family friends tell me they've seen Teresa out and about in Twickenham with the twins and that she was being wonderful with them. Teresa takes the babies to church playgroups, the park and to baby sensory classes, and she updates us with photos and texts throughout the day. Teresa is amazing with little ones' feeding; she started off handling all their milk feeds and all the processes going with that, she helped us with weaning, and now she's giving the twins their breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also making batch cooks for them during their lunch nap. Teresa does all our twins' washing and also helps with ironing and other amazing, super helpful tasks in our home, including having our dog Rosie in the house with her whilst she has the babies sometimes (which she doesn't bat an eyelid at as she has a dog too). To say Teresa assists us as a family/ in the house is an understatement. Teresa has been an incredible, most appreciated nanny and extended member of our family for the past year and we will miss her so much. To whomever her new employer may be next - it's the best decision you'll ever make to have Teresa as your nanny. She is a true gem.

We have sent our son and daughter to Teresa for the past 3 years and we could not have asked for a better childminder for our children.
Teresa’s “home from home” environment and wonderful personality has meant our children settled in very quickly. She regularly takes them to play groups, parks etc and keeps us updated regularly with photos and messages.
Once our daughter started nursery Teresa was great at adapting her plans to drop her off and pick her up and neither child was affected but the change.
We would highly recommend her!!

We were so lucky to find Teresa at the beginning of 2020 as she has such an incredible way with our son. He was less than a year old when he first started seeing her and now, at 2, he can't wait to spend time with her - we're currently on summer break and he keeps asking when he can go back! What makes Teresa really special is that she makes your child feel completely at home, confident and relaxed, but on top of that, her whole family are welcoming and supportive - my little boy has two wonderful teenage 'brothers' that he sometimes gets to play with after school (or during lockdowns) and he even gets to cuddle with Teresa's dog on occasion; he really loves going there!
If Teresa has a space, I would definitely recommend taking her up on it - we started on one day a week and now visit her three days a week and I feel safe and confident that our son is in a great setting with a wonderful childminder!

As soon as I met Teresa I knew she was right for my daughter. She creates a wonderful “home from home” environment with a wide range of toys and activities for the children to do.
My daughter always comes home from Teresa’s so happy and I love getting photos and updates throughout the day.
Teresa is amazing at putting you, the parent, at ease and keeping you updated on everything your child gets up to - I couldn’t recommend her more!!

When I read Teresa's profile about herself I didn't recognise her as she's so modest! She's a million times more amazing than this. We have our toddler with her one day a week and she LOVES her. Teresa is a natural with children of all ages and so kind, caring, perceptive and instinctively knows what they want and need. Our daughter went to the nursery and it took 4 carers to settle her in - she practically ran in to Teresa after Xmas. I can't say more about her than if you want the best possible environment for your child - safe, stimulating, fun (she has a great sense of humour) and practical skills to last them a lifetime - this is the place. I'm so grateful to her for all she has done for our daughter and would credit her with how happy our daughter is. Teresa is brilliant and leagues above any childminder we have ever had. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending her! Happy to give references as well. WE LOVE TERESA.

Teresa looks after my twin girls, who love going there and get so excited when it’s a Teresa day! The range of activities put out on a daily basic are so fab! I wish I could come a play and not go to work.

Teresa looked after my little boy for a few mornings a week until he recently started nursery. She is the most fun, loving, energetic and kind child minder around. My son settled with her immediately and was always so enthusiastic and excited to go to her lovely house. I would highly recommend her. She created so many imaginative play opportunities, messy play experiences, art sessions, alongside always being very caring and comforting to my son. She has such a varied toy collection too. She is just a brilliant childminder! You won't find better .

We don't think our boys have ever had such a great time with a nanny before!
Teresa appears to have boundless energy and tireless good humour in keeping our two boys enthralled day after day. We've never heard so much about their days - they've had a super time. We would strongly recommend Teresa to anyone looking for a caring, extremely competent as well as a great fun person to take great care of their children. Teresa's dog Bailey was also a bit hit with our boys!
