About Me
Hello my name is Nasia. I offer a home from home childcare service. I can offer full or part time for 0-5 year olds and wraparound (Raeburn Primary and Little Owls) and school holiday club for 5-11 year olds (7.30am-5.30pm). As a small setting we benefit from child centred approach to activities making learning fun, exciting and engaging, following the likes and interests of our children and while following the same EYFS curriculum as nursery/pre-school. We love the outdoors and exploring the area around our home. We love going on day trips out and to groups/activities.
My Experience
I have worked with children for over ten years. Before childminding I was a primary school teacher. I hold a degree in primary education including the Early Years. I have full paediatric first aid and up to date safeguarding training, food hygiene and have first hand experience with allergies (both of my own children have diary/milk allergies and youngest is also egg and soya free).

Excellent care focused on the children different new fun learning activities each week. My little one spent long days with Nasia from an early age and loved it every day. She was very adaptable and stepped up even more so during COVID to meet excellent hygiene standards. I was kept informed of activities through pictures and messages during the day. Can't recommend her enough.

My son absolutely loves going to Nasia’s. Max has known Nasia since he was 1 and he’s now 5, so it’s absolutely a home from home. He goes after school and in the school holidays and has loads of fun. Nasia engages the kids so well with lots of activities, they especially love outdoor activities and when they go on trips out in the school holidays. I have no problem in recommending Nasia and trust her completely.

Nasia is an excellent childminder. My son was born during lockdown so was used to only me I was worried when I went back to work especially as it's long days away from him. I didn't want to send him to a large nursery as I thought it would be overwhelming. He settled right in loves playing with the other children and going on days out. He has come along in leaps and bounds since attending it has been great to see him socialising with other children. I get regular updates via what's app throughout the day and with any new information. She was a teacher and has children of her own I have no doubt he will continue to thrive with her.

I have no doubt any children lucky enough to spend time with Nas would flourish, as both of our boys have. We are so grateful to her for all she does and our boys love spending time with her, not least because of the amount of varied activities she does with them. Nas’ experience shines through and nothing is too much trouble for her. I would recommend Nas without hesitation.

Nasia has been my sons child minder for over five years now and I really could not ask for anyone better. Nasia has a lot of knowledge and experience and my son has really benefited from this and thoughly enjoys his time at her setting. He was one when he first started and Nasia has been such an great advantage for every stage of my sons learning and growth. Thank you so much Nasia for all that you have done
