About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Bewbush and have been a registered since 2007. I run a home from home setting with my family. I have two children, both boys, 13 and 17 one who attends the Gatwick school and one at Collyers college in Horsham. My husband works in East Grinstead but can sometimes from home and has flexibility. He is also registered with Ofsted as my assistant and offers great support and fun for the kids too. We have 4 pets, a dog called Rocket and 3 cats called Nova, Cosmo and Nebula.
With the children we spend a lot of time outdoors, enjoying days out to farms, parks, toddler groups, soft plays, the adventure playgrounds, visiting friends, playing with the children and going for walks.
We live in a 3 bedroomed house in the Waterfield area of Bewbush near to the lake, school and adventure playground. My house is a warm cosy environment, it is quite open plan with a lovely room for us all to play in. We have lots of toys and craft activities with an artificial grassed garden for safe outdoor play in all weather's. I have all the equipment needed for your little ones including travel cots, buggys, appropriate cars seats etc.
I have received a 'good' grade from Ofsted on my last 5 inspections.
I have been visited by the food standard agency and received 5 stars in health and hygiene.
My Experience
Before becoming a childminder I was a nanny for 10 years working for different familys with age ranges of 6 weeks to 11 years. I have been childminding since my eldest son was born looking after many local children. I also have twin experience.
My Qualifications
I am OFSTED registered with a good grade.
I have completed courses on:
First aid.
Food hygiene
Child protection
Promoting positive behaviour through play
EYFS Observations and assessment and planning.
Safeguarding including prevent duty and fgm training
Many other courses relating to play and childcare.
Health and safety/risk assessment relating to Covid-19
CRB Disclosure.
My Availability
MON to FRI 7:30am to 5:00
pm. Weekend's and out of hours can be discussed.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
From £6 per hour per child.
I accept the government funding for 2/3/4 year olds (9 months from sept24) and tax free schemes.

Emma has been looking after my son (2) full time and my daughter (6) on a flexible part time basis for the last 18 months. My children love going to her and sometimes it’s a challenge to get them to leave. She has always been completely flexible and nothing is ever too much trouble. I know my children are safe and well cared for and they get a wide variety of activities daily as well as trips out. She has a lovely home and family that make the children feel very settled, content and happy. If you are looking for a childminder who will care for your child like their own, Emma is definitely the one. I cannot rate her highly enough and have never once had any concerns.

Your little people are absolute angels and we love having them here! They make my job easy 😍
Emma has had both my boys , she still cares for my 2yr old and he loves going over there . Before attending he was very shy and reserved always under my arms , but now he is chatty and very sociable .They do a lot of activities and outings . I dear say he has more of a social life than I do hehe.
