About Me
Hello (Can offer 15/30 hours free funding for 2,3 and 4 year olds)
I've been a registered childminder for 16 years. I have 7 years experience working with children with special educational needs. I have a level 3 NVQ in childcare. I have attended many training courses in childcare development. I also try to complete an online training course each week.
I really enjoy my work and the children enjoy coming to my setting. We have lots of fun together and I try to keep things interesting. My setting is very homely and welcoming with a safe garden for the children to play in. I live in a nice area with lots of green spaces nearby which we make use of regularly. I plan lots of activities cooking, stories, singing, creative and messy play, also lots of outdoor activities most days weather permitted. I like to take the children to tots groups, day trips to the farm, the library and country parks. I'm always looking for new places to visit and explore with the children. I have a 29 year old son he's a specialist software developer and a 22 year old son he's an apprentice engineer. Now my own children are grown up I can focus on my childminded children.
School drop off and pick up - Barton Seagrave Primary.
I follow the early years foundation stage (EYFS) covering all 7 areas of learning. I value and treat all the children as individuals. I appreciate that parents are the most important people in a child's life and therefore will consult with you on all aspects of your child's care and learning.
I can provide meals.
I can also drop off and pick from school (Barton Seagrave Primary)or home.
I can offer free funding 15/30 hours.

Im very happy with the Childcare service.
She does lot's with the kids and takes them to childcare groups.
Very flexible hours and is always there for an emergency.
