Babysitters/mothers help must have a can do, timely attitudes. I will need referencing and a babysitter to meet/visit the children before I can employ you.
I am in no hurry to find anyone but find the right person for my children.
We are a Christian family who will need someone to support/respect our family beliefs. Evening babysitting and the occasional babysitting in the day or mothers help, an extra pair of hands!
