Hello,
I have been married for 30 years and have 2 grown up children.
I engage the children in healthy outdoor activites such as, outdoor toys in my garden eg slides, playhouse, bikes etc.
We also enjoy going to different parks, and local toddler groups, where the children meet other children.
They also enjoy going on the local common, feeding the Ducks, climbing trees and playng hide and seek, I also encourage the children to talk about their surroundings, such as wildlife, trees, plants and the changes in the seasons.o
