About Me
I am a mum with an 11 year old daughter attending Higham Ferrers Junior School and 6 year old twins attending Higham Ferrers Infant School. I am an ofsted registered childminder and have full time and part time vacancies available for anyone who is looking to place their child/ren in a fun/caring home environment. The children will have the opportunity to be involved in all types of activities ranging from messy play, art and craft, walks in the park, cooking activities, socialising with other childminders and stay & play sessions.
I am happy to provide home cooked meals, have a large safe garden for children to play and learn in and a dog that is very friendly and loves to play with my children! (She does also have a crate and is away from the children at meal times)
I am available to work from 7.30am to 6.00pm.

My Experience
I have been a qualified teacher for just over 20 years now. I have worked in Nursery and Reception classes on a full time basis but have worked in all years throughout Primary School on a temporary basis. I have recently been working in a local special needs school for the past 4 years. Before becoming a teacher I worked in many different private day nurseries and babysat for different families.
Before moving to this area, 5 years ago, I was a registered childminder in Surrey for around 5 years.

BTEC NAtional Diploma in Nursery Nursing
