About Me
A teacher trained carer with many years experience of looking after children.
I enjoy looking after children of all ages and love to encourage them to explore and enjoy their environment.
We have a great time outdoors - in the park, local playgrounds or in the garden. Indoors, we go to a soft play venue, local playgroups and attend story time at the library for additional positive opportunities for communication and social skills development.
Children love my setting with its mix of structured learning like in a nursery. In addition, there are ample opportunities for informal learning through play activities in a less structured home like environment .
We encourage creativity through baking, role play, art and craft, singing and other child focussed activities.
And of course, we eat healthily, laugh and play heartily. After all this, we take a well earned rest.
