Excellent care

I would definitely recommend suzyskidycare. Suzy is very good with the children she looks after.They all look happy and are always busy with activities. Suzy has time for each child .There is always a smile on my son's face when he sees Suzy which gives me hope he is in a safe place. I have seen alot of growth in him since he started going to suzyskidycare .Suzy also keeps a daily dairy log for the children which I find really sweet as you get to see what your child has been doing all day.
Keep up the good work you are a blessed woman.

Very Professional and friendly

My 2 girls have been with Suzy for the past two years.they love her and always want to go to her even on my off days..
i didn't have to worry about them whenever they are with her as i'm a full time student and my uni is about 50miles away.She made sure kids were comfortable and always early for school.She communicates effectively with me about any concerns.
She's understandable and very easy to work with.
Her house is very clean, well kept and hazard free environment. She has a very big garden with two massive trampoline and other outdoor games that the kids can't wait to enjoy this summer.its one of the best I've had so far as I have had quite few of them in the past..I don't normally give feedbacks but i'm so overwhelmed by her services that i will rate her 5 star in all . what keeps my kids happy make me happy as well and thought i should drop a line. I will highly recommend her to anyone needing childcare services..

Trustable and helpful

Suzan has a very sociable manner with kids. She is so responsible as where ever she goes, keep all kids in her care with herself.
One day I sent my kid to Wooshchildcare but that childminder's husband abused my kid so l reported to the police and never gone there anymore. But as I live 4 miles far away from suzan's house, because of she is very trustable, I send my kid only to her house.
In addition, my kid loves her and so excited when wants to go there.she says there is so fun!
Thanks dear Suzan indeed to help me.

Fantastic

I chose Suzi to be my childminder having seen her at toddler groups, out and about and also from personal recommendations. 

Suzi has a really lovely manner with all the children in her care. She always seems kind, calm and patient with them and all the children are happy and well behaved and know what’s expected of them. I also liked the fact that I would see Suzi about whatever the weather so that I knew my boys would get the advantage of going to the toddler groups, to the park and plenty of play in the garden.

Since my Son has been going to Suzy's I’ve been reassured that I made absolutely the right choice. He is so happy there and really loves Suzi, he runs to give her a cuddle in the mornings. I’ve been impressed by the variety of activities that Suzy has and that the children don’t play with just gender stereotype toys. I’ve really seen DS progress since he spent time with Suzy and the other children in her care. He has learned more words even saying ‘thank you’ and has started to draw, something I would never have thought of doing with him. While he is pleased to see me at the end of the day he is never desperate to go home and always arrives at Suzy's with a smile.
Whenever I’ve visited Suzy's I’ve seen all the children happily and safely engaged. When I’ve been at dinner times the food has looked and smelt very tasty. I’ve always felt very comfortable to ask questions about DS and his day.
Suzy's home is lovely, cosy and warm. I can assure anyone that Suzy's home is clean and tidy. I feel insulted that anyone could state otherwise, as my sons have been with Suzy since June.
I put it to anyone, if you feel a home is so unsuitable then surely OFSTED would be the first port of call. As I understand it Suzy has had her routine visit from OFSTED and no such issues were raised.
My advise to anyone, meet Suzy and decide for yourself. It is very rare to find anyone now adays with such warmth and genuine love for children.

I wouldnt recommend

I don't like to leave negative reviews, however I feel that I have to communicate my experience. We visited Suzy back in April and were left very concerned. The house was dirty and there were security hazards everywhere. A dining chair left on the stairs in place of a stairgate which was broken, hair straighteners plugged in and left within reach, a glass tv cabinet door propped up against the cabinet. The sleeping area was cramped with 3 beds in a small room, and smelt a bit mouldy with old bedding. The kitchen was filthy with dirty pans over hanging the worktops and piled high. It might have been a bad day however we sent our son elsewhere.

She has been amazing with my little princess.

I would recommend her, she knows how to handle little ones. My daughter she is always looking out on the window for auntie Sue.

We have known suzy since April this year and she has been so amazing with our 2 year old daughter. So warm and reliable and always happy. Our daugther loves being with her and her family. We highly recommend her.
