About Me
My name is Precious Toe. I am Ofsted Registered Childminder graded Good 6th September 2021 on inspection.
My training, education, work experience, working and volunteering those last few years all have been directed towards advancing myself in the legal and child care, administration, receptionist field. Apart from being a mother, Multi-tasking, teaching assistant, I feel that my greatest strengths are firstly my abilities to understand and meet the needs of individual children, their parents or careers.
Secondly having clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality, caring and consistent environment for young children to learn and develop through play and exploration. I have an enthusiastic attitude and working with children is my passion as I am a mother of four.
I provide high quality childcare . We will go to playgroups, parks etc. I will provide healthy meals daily for the children cook on site. I am also Memeber of Early Years alliance, Pacey, Childminder UK, I am a Chairperson on the Croydon Childminders Association. I strive to learn and update my knowledge where possible to support the families and children I work with.

Organising, plans and also participating in activities that entertaind and planning Sports Day, Christmas party for the families, planning including Britain values to teach the children barriers and building their confidence from an early age. Coordinating and planning fun activities that are child friendly to get them involved, having a rich environment to enable the children explore the world around them.

Rev Dr Precious Toe is a fantastic childminder with lots of creative ideas and now she is like a second mother to my son Leo.
First day when I was dropping my one and half year old son to the daycare he cried, but after few days when I drop off my son he looks back me to say goodbye as he likes her very much.
She has a great selection of toys including educational toys. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and do something creative with the children.
The children get outside for fresh air, often to the park and they enjoy regular trips to the children’s centre.
Rev Dr Precious Toe also makes sure the children eat healthy and delicious food.
She is very professional, helpful, warm hearted, Kind and always up to date with regulatory requirements like health and safety.
She knows how children's think and what they want, Everymonth she is having something special topic for the kids and we can see big improvment of our child now.
As we are new to UK she helped us a lot to do our jobs by taking care of our child and most of the times she helped us without caring the time and money.
She is really nice human being and she is the best child minder in our area.
We highly recommend
"Rising Star" Daycare without any hesitate and If you need 100% care for your kid, this is the place.

Precious used to look after my 3 childrens. She very generous childminder and caring. My daughter used spend most of her time in precious setting she has helped my daughter a lot because my daughter she is very shy girl difficult of making friends and communicating with others children of age but for the past 2 years precious help my daughter to build up her confidence she got a lot of friends and he writing skills is brilliant precious have done excellent work with my 3 children special my daughter.

You a wonderful parent and looking after your children was the best and I miss them. Thank you for trusting me with them.
With this lady you have to be very careful and record her every word. She is very rude and does follow guidelines even the ones she herself set. On the first day of looking after my child she took my child to A&E without informing me. Very very dangerous thing to do has my son has a medical condition if it was a real emergency his life will be put at risk which his Nurse too wasn’t happy about. This lady changes her words very second. She advertised she works Saturday 3 times I asked for her to mind on a Saturday which she was able to do. She lied about having childminder’s training on one of the days she should be minding my child she was seen at Westminster (house of Lords). She told me she registered a car with her someone it turns out she has no car. After 3 weeks she cancelled my contract( I’m happy she is a nightmare). There is an outstanding amount of £220 for her to refund to me and the moment I talked about this money she block my calls,messages and didn’t reply to my messages or email . I’m funded by the government I’m sure they will be on her case soon. Very unprofessional

This is not my true character. This parent lied to me about a lot of things which I won’t say here for confidentiality reasons. It’s a defamation of character. This is one parent I did so much for in all my years of being in the childcare sector. Her view of my setting and me is wrong.
