About Me
I am currently working for a family in Beverley with two daughters aged 5 and 10 who attends primary school. I am Level 3 qualified in Childcare and i have recently renewed my level 3 paediatric first aid. I have worked within childcare for 15 years from working within a childcare setting and also an school club. On a personal note I am very enthusiastic and hard working and endeavour to apply my enthusiasm to all aspects of my work. My Experience
I have worked as a nanny for 7 years for a families in Leeds and Beverley. On a day to day basis I will provide activities based on the children’s current interest and will build upon this to comply with the development matters framework as well as ensuring that it is accessible to every child according to their age and stage of development. I also carry out the school run with drop off and pick up daily. I have also worked within an early years childcare settings for 7 years which has enabled me to develop into a competent and confident child care practitioner so I feel I have a wide range of experience working with children in different environments.I have worked with children from 0-10 years, helping them to develop their communication skills, physical skills as well as their personal social and emotional skills. During my time working with children i have completed individual learning profiles for every child which documents their learning journey. I have worked with a range of children, including children with special educational needs. It is extremely rewarding to see each child grow and develop into their own individual characters as a result of the care I provided and working in partnership with the parents/carers and families of every child.
