About Us
Schools Out Club Derby offer's a reliable childcare service for children aged 3-14 years. We offer breakfast, after school, inset day and holiday club care. Ofsted registered since 2002. We are not associated with the schools out club in Littleover, Derby. Our holiday club and Inset days we are open to any children 3-14yrs they do not have to attend any particular schools. For breakfast & after school club we serve the local schools at the Allestree setting based at St John's Methodist Church and our Kilburn setting based at Kilburn Baptist Church.
Many fun opportunities will be offered to your child during the session giving them many hours of fun and laughter whilst making lots of new good friends. Children will get the chance to play with a huge selection of toys and resources plus many more activities available throughout the day including: sports, crafts and cookery, growing projects and outdoor fun, special activities for over 8's and under 8's. Children who are 8 years and older can socialise in our separate 'Over Eight's Room' which has been designed from our children's ideas and interests.
All of our staff are fully qualified or working towards a childcare qualification. All of our staff are DBS checked and are first aiders.
We have two breakfast and after school club's based in Allestree and Kilburn. We are open 7:00-9:00am and 2:30-6:00pm during term time. We also open for full day sessions (7:30am-6:00pm) for inset days.
Our Mickleover setting serves the following schools and nurseries: Brookfield Primary & Nursery School, Wren Park Primary School and Mickleover Primary School.
Our Allestree setting serves the following schools and nurseries:
Lawn, Portway, St Mary's, Curzon, Emmanuel, Walter Evans, Ashgate, Markeaton, Whitecross Nursery, St Edmunds Pre School, Busy Bee's Pre School, Carlton Nursery and St Mary's Nursery.
Our Kilburn setting serves the following schools and nurseries:
Kilburn Infants, Kilburn Juniors, Horsley C of E, Horsely Woodhouse, Denby Free, John Flamstead and Kilburn Nursery.
Our Duffield setting services the following schools and nurseries:
William Gilbert, Busy Bees and Duffield Meadows Primary School.
Our holiday club is open for all of the school holidays and is based at the following venues:
Allestree St Edmund's Church Hall for 3-7/8 year olds, Kilburn Baptist Church, Kilburn, Belper for 4-14 year olds, The Hubs at Brookfield Primary School for 3-14 year olds. Our opening hours are 7:30am-6:00pm with various sessions available. We offer 10% off full day sessions for any parents that use our breakfast and after school club sessions regularly during term time. CHILDREN DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND ABOVE SCHOOLS FOR HOLIDAY CLUB OR INSET DAYS.
