About Us
At the Hunny Pot Nursery and preschool, we pride ourselves in providing a happy, safe, secure, stimulating environment for all of our children.
Children learn and develop through play and exploration, this opportunity is provided to all our children by offering a highly enriched learning environment.
Our staff are motivated, caring professionals who actively promote and encourage the development of the children in their care, each member of staff is chosen and placed in the room that fits that individual best: our rooms are situated over 4 levels and each individually named:
Roos – 12 weeks to 18 months
Kangas – 18 months to 30 months
Tiggers – 2 1/2 years – 5 years
Owls – 4 years – 12 years
Our meals are prepared freshly every day. we offer a healthy balanced lunch which is nutritional and tasty. We have a Gold award for Health Eating as well as a 5* award in Food Hygiene.
Our cooks take time out in their day to support and role-model baking activities with the children which they really enjoy getting involved in.
We have a fabulous outdoor play area divided into sections suitable for all ages; we make the most of our spacious outdoors by getting out there and exploring whatever the weather, we also have an outdoor shelter for them on rainy days, and throughout the garden, we have a variety of climbing frames, a large planting area, bike area and a creepy crawly bug hotel.

My son has been attending Hunnypot for 2 years and absolutely loves it. My daughter has just started as well, and enjoy some it so much that she got upset when I picked her up from school because I wasn't Hunnypot!
The staff are great and are very reliable and good with communication. They like to work with parents to get the right care for the children and have great facilities. I would recommend them every time.

I would recommend the nursery to anyone,they have been absaloutley fantastic,my son has addittional needs,they have been very supportive to me and have done everything to get my son his one to one,to help him,im so pleased my son is at this nursey the hunny pot i cant thank them enough for what they have done for us.

The hunny pot day nursery has helped to make my little boy the bright, happy little man that he is now. Everyone works so hard, and the building and gardens are great! Plenty activities and projects to keep them entertained, and help them learn through having fun. Would recommend this nursery to anyone. My son was very happy here.
