About Me
I am 35 years old, married with 2 sons (aged 8 and 5) I am a Qualified Teacher and currently work as a Primary Supply Teacher. Prior to this I have 4 years experience being a Year 1 and Year 3 Class Teacher and I have worked as a Cover Teacher. So I am experienced across most Primary School ages. I have also worked in Early Years settings as I previously took on a teaching role in a Private nursery setting. Before qualifying as a Teacher I have also been a Teaching Assistant for 3 years and as a Second-in-Charge Room Leader in the toddler room ( 1-2 year olds) at a private nursery, often covering in the baby and pre school room too.
I am ideally looking for school holiday cover however I also may consider a part-time nanny position with holiday cover as I can work my supply teaching around that role.
I am a bubbly, caring and approachable child carer who is keen to promote children's development and help maintain a routine within a happy and safe environment. I have had an interest in working and caring for children for many years now and I would love to share this passion and become part of the family with whom I work for. I would also love for my sons to build good relationships with the children they may at times share their care with.
