About Me
I am 30 years old and would consider myself a career nanny. I am looking for a position as a Nanny or Family PA. I can also offer Autism support for families.
I have been looking after babies, toddlers and children for close to a decade. As a Nanny, I have been described as reliable, kind, professional, responsible and fun natured. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know every child I care for and I am dedicated to tailoring my care towards each child’s needs.
Whether it is baby and toddler groups, day trips, exploring our local area or home based activities; I love to facilitate opportunities for play and I encourage learning through experience. It’s important to me that while fostering each child’s interests and creativity in a fun way, I can also create space for them to listen to their bodies in order to know how to rest and re-regulate their, often big and confusing, emotions.
I love to read and I have found that spending significant time talking to/with every child, regardless of their age, has had a very positive impact on their speech and language development as well as confidence socially.
I am always willing to be silly and get involved in singing, dancing, chatting and messy play! I am, however, also confident following routines and creating age appropriate boundaries. I am very patient and gentle in my approach to dealing with any issues that arise and I endeavour to be a calming, reassuring and positive force in each child’s life.
I make sure to communicate openly with the parents and I’m always happy to share details about the day and receive constructive feedback.
Overall, I want to create a safe, comfortable, fun and stimulating environment for the children that I am caring for. I care deeply about the emotional and physical well-being of every child I work with and I hope to aid in their development and encourage them to remain curious and excited about what the world around them has to offer as we learn, explore and play together.

My Experience
Nanny since 2015, caring for babies and children aged 2 months onwards. Including babysitting, overnights and travel abroad.
Experience teaching at primary level.
Private family chef - meals for babies, children and/or adults.
Support for neurodivergent families.
I have been with my current family for almost 3 years. This has included:
- caring for an autistic child with PDA. Including learning cues and strategies to aid them with day to day requirements as well as helping to settle them into a mainstream school setting.
- infant care from 2 months old.
- providing sole charge care for both children, one of whom has additional needs.
- providing Mothers Help during the maternity period.
- planning day trips and finding appropriate classes and activities.
- overnight care (up to three nights).
- school pick ups and drop offs (including speaking with relevant members of staff for daily feedback).
- medical appointments.
- travelling abroad with the family.

My Qualifications
I have almost 10 years practical experience as a nanny, including meal preparation for families and batch cooking for little ones.
I have a 2:1 undergraduate degree in English and American Literature and Film Studies.

My Availability
Currently looking for 2-3 mornings a week (Wed-Fri). Please get in touch for further information as I may be able to be flexible enough to accommodate your requirements.
I also offer meal prep and would be open to a blended role that incorporated more family PA duties.

Bianca came and looked after my son Alexander for an initial 3 days which then increased to 4 days whilst I was working last year and until February this year 2019. I've now gone on maternity leave and certainly miss having her around! My son will be going to nursery next month and having Bianca for the time we did, was an ideal solution for our family and she is made everything very easy for us.
I would highly recommend Bianca as a nanny, she quickly developed a great relationship with my son. She was very hands-on taking him to the local park, museums and weekly music classes. She made sure he had everything he needed, that he was fed properly, had his nap every day and was entertained with reading and crafty activities. He was always very happy when I got home and I never once had any concerns with the care she was providing.
I loved the convenience of having a nanny who came to my house whilst I went to work. Bianca was very flexible and understanding when I sometimes came home late and was always happy to stay on a bit longer if necessary. Please don't hesitate to hire Bianca as your nanny, she is truly a very caring and kind person who loves children and being part of their development.
