I live on the edge of Etchinghill with my partner. We have lived here for a year and now we have a larger house I am redirecting my career from nursery nursing into child minding. I am currebtly returning to work after having time off to have my first baby Harper who is now 8 months old.

I have worked within the childcare sector for over 16 years in day nurseries working with children age 0-5 years. I have a wealth of experience to share and I am highly trained. For the previous 5 years I have been room leader for the pre school children ensuring they are ready for school, liaising with professionals such as teachers, speech therapists and other professionals around the child. I also trained level 3 NVQ candidates as a NVQ assessor for a short time.

We have an open plan house where I can see the children even whilst I am making their meals. I have a secure garden area, this is well equipped with activities such as water/sand play, mud kitchen, digging/sensory area, mark making and lots more for children to learn through the outdoor environment.

I also have a separate playroom which is fully equipped, ranging from stories, construction, small world, arts and crafts, dressing up etc. all activities available will be planned around the EYFS (early years foundation stage curriculum) and around your child's interests and next steps to further their learning.

I provide all nutritionist meals which are all home cooked. some meals can be prepared by the children and ingredients bought from the supermarket by the children understanding the process of where foods are from and how to cook them etc.

There is so much children can learn and experience from the local community, I offer trips weekly to local playgroups, Cannock chase, local parks etc. I offer trips to swimming when ratio's allow .

We have a cat called Miles and a horse called Blossom. I spend a lot of time caring and riding her on my weekends.
