Poor communication
Unfortunately we scheduled a visit to Hayley contacted her in the morning as agreed for her address, to be informed she was double booked, asking if we could re arrange. Which isn’t a great start but things happen so we attempted to communicate about a schedule visit
Communication from this point was very poor. To the point she just stopped responding when agreeing a time for the rescheduled visit
I gave up in the end as I wouldn’t want my daughter going anywhere with unreliable communication, I didn’t really understand it as it wasn’t me who had made the mistake in the first place.
It was shame as i had high hopes as she came highly reccomended.

I just wanted to apologise for not getting back to you. I know it’s not an excusable reason but I honestly forgot (I’ve had so much on!)
Your review was an accurate description of your experience with me and I can only apologise for being a really poor communicator. I do realise this needs improvement.
I am truly sorry things worked out how they did.
I wish you all the best and I’m sure you’ll find somewhere lovely for your little one , there are lots of wonderful childminders and nurseries locally.
