Poor communication

Unfortunately we scheduled a visit to Hayley contacted her in the morning as agreed for her address, to be informed she was double booked, asking if we could re arrange. Which isn’t a great start but things happen so we attempted to communicate about a schedule visit
Communication from this point was very poor. To the point she just stopped responding when agreeing a time for the rescheduled visit
I gave up in the end as I wouldn’t want my daughter going anywhere with unreliable communication, I didn’t really understand it as it wasn’t me who had made the mistake in the first place.
It was shame as i had high hopes as she came highly reccomended.

I just wanted to apologise for not getting back to you. I know it’s not an excusable reason but I honestly forgot (I’ve had so much on!)

Your review was an accurate description of your experience with me and I can only apologise for being a really poor communicator. I do realise this needs improvement.

I am truly sorry things worked out how they did.

I wish you all the best and I’m sure you’ll find somewhere lovely for your little one , there are lots of wonderful childminders and nurseries locally.

My older daughter has been going to Hayley's for 2.5years and I have recently started sending my younger daughter.
I had never liked the idea of a Nursery setting and wanted my daughter to go to a place that is like a home from home and this is exactly how Hayley makes the children feel, like a member of the family.
Communication of the children's progress and learning is excellent and she explains the developmental milestones they should be achieving and gives advice on how to support your child through them following ofsted.
Throughout the day you will see what the children are up to and it is always something different from messy play, singing, going out for walks to the park and trips to soft play and the farm.
I cannot recommend her enough, if you want a setting that is supportive, friendly, educational & safe then Hayley is the perfect option.

As a teacher and a busy mum, I can only rate the quality of care Hayley provides as "simply outstanding". Like any parent, I dread the thought of leaving my child in the care of someone who will just dump her in front of a TV set. None of that with Hayley! My daughter goes for walks in the forest. She goes to the playground. She goes to the cinema and is always, in one way or another, kept stimulated. Hayley has also helped her greatly with her reading skills. She is very kind, very patient, and clearly adores children. She is always extremely mindful of compliance with Health & Safety regulations and provides the children with both good quality food and a healthy, clean environment. My child is treated as one of Hayley's family. It's like leaving her with a sister or a friend. Finally, Hayley is always happy to communicate with parents throughout the day, sending photos and updating them about her activities/whereabouts. In a word, she is childcare you can trust!
