About Me

I am a mum of 4 girls, love the outdoors and supporting young people with mental health
I am calm and understanding, I break down the sessions to be make accessible.
I will look at homework or learning and make it more understandings. I gain trust and confidence working with me allows conversation and fun during the lessons.

My Experience

I have been working in a SEN secondary school for the last for year. Before that I worked in primary as 1-1s
I have successfully supported all subjects, running I-Study sessions to catch up on homework. Go through areas that were tricky to understand. I support revision for GCSEs and support mental health and wellbeing. I have run life session supporting with the understanding of keeping Healthy, exercising, washing and understanding the world around you.
I work as a mentor during the day now supporting young people struggling to attend school working on barriers, looking at hobbies and finding a better approach toward learning.
I work also as a self-esteem coach, self-confidence and setting goals with young people.

My Qualifications

NNEB childcare and education. HLTA teaching level 3 Assistant. Qualified . counselling diploma level 3, Mental health in young people.
Full DSB, fully experienced mentor for young people.

My Availability

I tutor in the evening and some
