About Me
Hi my name is Anne Rodrigues but use the name Bernie.
I have my own 2 children 8 and 15.
I have been working with children for 22 years I worked in a nursery and as a nanny before becoming a qualified childminder,
I have been childminding for the last 12 years.
I work Monday to Friday from 8 till 6.
I working along side my assistant who is DBS checked first aid and registered with ofsted.
We like to have a routine that works with all are children.
We go on trips to local parks libraries farms and to playgroups.
We also like taking the children on exciting day trips to the zoo theatre and museums. We like to plan trips around the children’s interest which they will find exciting and educational.
We also do activities at home which include painting, cooking , messy play and free play.
My Experience
I have been working in childcare for 22 years I have a NNEB diploma first aid childminding course health and social care.
I have worked in nursery's as room leader and then became a nanny after that I became a childminder I have worked with 1 family for 10 years but no longer need me as the boys are older now 13 and 16.
