About Us
We are a small family run nursery set in the centre of a lovely residential area in Baildon, offering a stimulating, but cosy home from home environment.
As parents ourselves with 7 children between us, we know how important excellent childcare is and will always work in partnership with you to offer the very best care. We are open from 7.30am - 6pm.
Our chef, Angela, provides home cooked nutritious meals, freshly prepared on the premises each day, using seasonal produce, some of which has been grown by our children in the garden.
Chris, one of the owners is a qualified teacher and spends time with the pre-school children, preparing them for school and sharing his love of art and craft with all the children. ALL our staff hold a paediatric first aid certificate and are passionate about providing a stimulating, engaging time for all the children in our care.
We have a dedicated under 2's room, where the little ones can enjoy playing and having fun in a nurturing, caring and safe environment with their keyworker. Our over 2 children are well catered for also in a large, but homely, ground floor room, with direct access to the outdoors. Whist our pre-schoolers enjoy their lovely bright large room, where their imagination can run wild. The emphasis is on learning through play, with a wide range of fun, purposeful and creative activities. The children and the practitioners are not afraid to get messy! Children spend a good proportion of each day outdoors, in our large garden, where they can explore in the grassed area, build with the large construction materials or practise their driving skills with our wide range of scooters and cars.
We offer an open door policy, so please do call in and visit us for a look around any time.
