About Me
I am a Mum of two boys. We live on the Kingshill estate in Ware with our friendly labrador. I have been childminding for 8 years and I love watching the children grow. After leaving Bupa in 2015 to have my second son I felt it was the right time for me to persue my dream career of working with children. I love planning fun activities for the children and getting them involved and seeing the smiles on their faces when they are having fun.
My Experience
I have 8 years experience as being a childminder and following the Early Years Foundation Stage. I received a 'Good' grading from Ofsted in my inspection June 2019

Louise looked after our 3 year old son every afternoon throughout his nursery year at Kingshill, and we cannot speak highly enough of her. She was the best example of a childminder we could have asked for during that time - warm and caring, playful, attentive, creative, professional, and down to earth. We were so grateful to have someone so accommodating and dependable to rely on when we really needed it. Lou’s communication was always prompt and every evening without fail we would receive a full diary with a selection of photos, not to mention regular and comprehensive EYO reports. She went above and beyond with her contribution to his learning, always ensuring he was engaged with new experiences that have made a lasting positive impact. Her setting is clean, safe, and full of fun, and the bond he developed with her own family was a wonderful part of his time there. She really is a superstar in every regard and we can’t thank or recommend her enough.

I can not recommend Louise enough! My daughter was really struggling to adapt to school life and was not getting on with after school club, then we found Lou. The minute we met her we knew she was the one, She made our little girl feel at ease from the minute we walked in. I will never forget the first day she had to be separated from her best buddy Ickle Pickle, Louise made her a little report for Ickle when she got back from school, showing her what he had been up to without her, from that moment on she loved her!!
Louise is very flexible and accommodating which really helps take the stress off when you are rushing around or stuck in traffic. Louise not only keeps them safe and entertained she does lots of learning through play, the children don't even realise they are actually doing more work :) Louise always kept communication lines open and if I ever had concerns with my little one she would resource lots of fun learning in that area to help improve and build her confidence.
Wares very own Mary Poppins !!!!
